Baba's saali or Komal's nanad

Hmm, a question that easily comes to mind is that when that useless MCP Shakti makes advances to Aarushi, he does so with the excuse of her being Krishna's saali. Now why do the thakurs always refer to this relation???? Are the forgetting that Aarushi is the younger nanad of their laadli Komal??? Selective perception I think!
