I seriously never thought that him not being so-called fit was ever an issue.He is on the lean side and I never felt that it looked wiered or kinda bad on screen when he took his shirt off.As long as he's fine with it and is comfy with his body it shouldn't be much of a problem

Give the poor guy a break. After working, heaven knows how many hours per day...do you think he has the strength to go to the gym?!...If you look at the earlier episodes he was skinny, so the recent flabbiness can be put down to long working hours. Kudos for him having the guts to have his shirt taken off, he could have worn a Tee underneath or something!😃

He is so busy with his shoots he wont have time for gym and all. If he is comfortable with his body who cares.
He is in acting career so it doesnt mean he needs six pack. I felt he looked cute and hot.😉

No one is asking him to build six r 8 packs here ,we all love him the way he is and best of all the acting.Itz just that he needs to take care certain things.Ofcourse if he is in Tv r Film industry he need to keep his body maintained (not that he is fat) we all know how skinny he is other than the little belly 😉
ofcourse all actor/actress who are in this industry do work long hours and yet they try to find time to work on their biggest asset look and body .Iqbal Khan my other fav along with arhaan,he is busy at moment with the new serial in Zee ,along with fasting he still works out at 2 in the night.(Again i am not comparing with anyone) well where there is a will there is way.Right now it looks nice and cute but if he doesnt take care of it.......
