The cough might be due to the the fast pace at which he was talking. Gotta love how well he knows his character, he speaks with such conviction each time anyone questions him about DSP.

As for MR being overworked; I did get the sense that he was carrying the bulk of the scenes this week. It looked like he was covering for Mahi.
The Baaji-Dutta scenes were by all means great and didn't feel like fillers but I had still noticed that Naku had less screen time this week. Mahi may have taken time off for her engagement - either to plan it or recover after it.

Thats possible. I noticed in the rakhi epi Dutta only called Kala as tai. So that made me wonder of Kala is AS's daughter from her first marriage. So Dutta and she do not have a blood relationship. Whereas Leela and Rups are Dutta's half sisters. Both girls were really concerned for Dutta after the rejection. But if this is true I feel for Kishore.

That could also explain the hint of animosity between Kala and Leela! I do believe that there are subtle hints about Kala's feelings towards Dutta not being what they should be( you know what I mean)! But I doubt if it will ever be brought to the fore...
