Ammy is all heart broken by this past of his , and his nobleness of character has only made him go further away from his past and now needs the love back in his life he has lost, he has seen this shilpa girl in his life once again... After going through several stages in their Doctor-intern equation, she's at a point when she is starting to realize that he actually likes her instead of hating her like she thought he did. He's always been too much into her, even when his past was occupying his mind She doesn't know how she feels about him, but finds him perfect and wants a mirror image of ashiqui as her Man, lol when it's he she's trying to replace in the first place ..So, basically she is trying to replace him with another version of him...Hmm, HOW interesting
