In research at Wake Forest University, scientists asked a group of 50 students to act like extroverts for 15 minutes in a group discussion, even if they didn't feel like it. The more assertive and energetic the students ACTED, the happier they were.

That is- Faking it till you Make it!

Instead of focusing on the bleak percentage of your life, you're turning your attention onto what gives you joy, which is the easiest and most effective way of multiplying the bright percentage.

My point is- Armaan might be faking it right now but at least he is SMILING 😳

Earlier he couldn't even fake it . It is a step in positive direction.

And as far as -Falling in Love again - is concerned...

"Armaan is SCARED" and we can't blame him - gosh all those IMTEHAANS😛

But Dr. Mallik, how do you know if you know something? Simple. If you live it, you know it. Otherwise, you heard about it, you read about it, or you talk about it, but you don't know it.

Who knows where that experience will lead? You'll only know it, when you live it. Bring it on, I say❤️

Wow..very sweet and sensible post. Ofcourse you never know what you are capable of untill you take the first step of trying it out. Armaan will be successfull in healing himself and finding love again.😳

armaan will move on and theres a saying fall in love with the person who loves you the most becuase the one you love the most may not give you a blissful life
