For the first time in a real long time the episode moved me to tears. Firstly kudos to GC and DD for brilliant acting. They were perfect in every scene making it one of the best episodes till date.

Agree with Jyo that it was a roller-coaster ride the whole way through. Doodle, Jyo, Gouri, Lana, Aditi and all others have given a wonderful analysis of the whole episode. Great going girls.

Geet - My heart went out to this girl. Having to take such drastic steps at such an age when she should be enjoying life to the fullest, thats a very sad thing. In a matter of moments she had to experience ecstasy and heartbreak. She was hurting him now so that she can spare him more hurt in the future. Putting him, his welfare, his family before her feelings. Oh, a woman's heart!! Isn't it ironic that the two things she values most in her life - unborn baby and Maan's love - are the two things that made her a fighter? Fighting with the world for the sake of her baby, and fighting with Maan to keep him away from hurt.
Maan thinks she does not care for him, but care for him is what she does…. Be it letting him sleep in the outhouse for the night, or taking him a glass of lemon juice to help him rid of his hangover the next morning. For the first time Geet let another person other than Maan see her tears. I am guessing that Pari will be a friend to Geet - a friend with whom she can atleast share her fears.

Maan - I have always sympathized with Geet and her situation - the way she is fighting her responsibilities and her feelings, but today I cried for Maan. Imagine having to be told on your face that you being around is making somebody's life difficult. Imagine you falling in love with a girl, thinking she feels the same, trying all ridiculous things out of your own character to make her tell that you are important to her, having her hold on to you as if you are her life's anchor and the very next minute being told to get away from her, for she is trying to get away from you and you are making it difficult for her…. Any sane person would go insane after hearing such things.
Maan, who has opened his heart for a second time has always feared this - rejection. He knows Geet more than he thinks he does. Otherwise why would he go to the extent of flirting with Geet to get her to confess her feelings. Because he knows that something is stopping Geet - more than the confession of her feelings, he wanted her to confide what's stopping her from feeling for him. And even when she broke his heart into a million pieces by asking him to stay away from her, trampling over his dreams all he wanted to do was wipe those tears from her eyes for he feels he was the reason she was shedding those tears. That is selfless love.

The earlier promo with the dance and Dev's entry is a very symbolic one. I remember most of us had discussed that promo when it aired a few weeks back. We see Maan dancing with Geet, and Geet pushing away Maan. But Maan pulls her back into his arms. At the moment when Geet pushed him away, Maan's face registered surprise, shock and hurt. But the next moment we see a determined Maan getting Geet back into his arms with an extra force as if telling her that she belongs to him.

This setback was important for Maan to realize the reason why Geet is refusing to acknowledge her feelings for him. He is now hurt. Ego and hurt make a lethal combination. But when he is calm and thinks back about Geet's words, I am sure he will realize that there is a deep hidden reason behind all these actions. Thats when we will see Boss Maan back in action.

Life is never a bed or roses. We will sometimes encounter a situation wherein a thorn might prick us. This is also just a thorn in Maan and Geet's life which will be gone soon.

A few things I would like to highlight:

1. Its good to see a toned down Pari. Neha is a wonderful actress and hope she gets to play a good role in getting Maan and Geet together.

2. The camerawork when Geet is shown near the door was perfect. The lighting, the makeup for DD was just right.

3. A loud Maahii in the intense scenes tends to diminish the brilliant performances by the actors. Wish the CVs would tone it down a bit.

4. DD and GC - you guys are the best. The way GC emotes with his eyes is just brilliant. Keep rocking you two.

5. Nissar - Mr. Director, you are a genius. I am saying this again. You have got such a good hold on the story and the script and with you around, I can be assured nothing can go wrong. So Thank You, Mr. Director.

true...yesterday's performance moved us all... brought tears thinking bout the pain both of them r going thru.... but i wept for geet more than maan...... maan thinks he is responsible for her crying etc ...well but he wants her to make himself n her happy... but she has reached the next level of love thats sacrifice... she is sacrificing her love to make sure he aint hurt later... protecting him against the pain of future.... tats true love....

Yep, Geet has reached the next level in her love meaning sacrifice. Thats what women do. Putting other's interests and welfare before their own.

But the reason I felt more for Maan was that hurt in his eyes. He does not know anything about Geet and her past, except that she makes him smile and her presence affects him and he wants her in his life. Geet has a reason for all that she is doing. But he doesn't know that. Keeping all the equations aside, thinking from his point of view - "Mein bardasht nahin kar paongi" - what effect would that have had on him? That one line from Geet and seeing Maan's reaction to that was what made me weep for Maan.

And yes when he went to wipe her tears after that shove I wss so moved! A man like MSK after being pushed is still going to wipe her tears! And next day in broad daylight when things r becoming clear then too he is cursing himself for being the cause of her tears, if this is not selfless love then what is?!!

And Geet really moved me to no end. Drashti was tremendous in the entire episode, she portrayed another epitome of selfless love.

Hey Lana 🤗 How are you? Thank you dear. I am not much of a writer. But sometimes a situation or a character just moves me.

These two are souls of destiny. What else can you say about them? Today Maan moved me because at that moment, he did not know why she was doing what she was doing. To see a ruthless, emotionless person like MSK stumble in love as Maan was a bit too much for my heart to take.
