I just watched another old scene where Krishna picks Kesar up in his arms and then sings some Hindi song, walking into the hallway. and of course, hearing this song made me even more smitten than I already was. =)

It's the scene where they are getting ready for the wedding....Kesar tells her MIL that she wants to gift Pratigya her wedding gift, a necklace by KN. Baba hears it and is so happy, he carries her and sings a song..............poor thing later gets beaten up by KN as he had given the necklace to a dancer...but because everyone heard about it, SS orders KN to find it !!.........

Trina, so I guess you're catching up with the older eppys.😊
I was just watching the the first few episodes and noted that the Thakurs were mentioned in one eppy but it was never made clear that he was from the Thakur family.
What do you think of him in the older episodes? the one thing that really strikes me is that he has definitely changed....whether it's Prats influence or his own realisation that he needs to change his attitude......he isn't the guy he was in those early episodes........boy, is he cocky and adorable...thinks the world should bow down to him.............
Just saw the eppy where he returns the dupatta.........I really, really wished Prats saw who that was rescuing her....his bike stopping Angad and co from following her.......😍

Please call me trins. :))
I havent seen all of the older episodes, but I have noticed a huge difference between the bachelor Krishna and the married one. He has become more serious, brooding and less playful. I like his seriousness, but I also liked his boyishness with his SIL and with his friends. Also, his hair had his bang brushed in the front to give him a more youthful character and I miss that. I hope he gets out of this sulk and I hope to hear him sing again. As I wasnt following the show then so I didnt get a chance to tape that scene. It's definitely Prats' influence but also his own knowledge that he needed to be a better husband, he needed to protect her when others were attacking her etc. You see more of that lion side of him when they are around, as well as the humble side which stands in awe of her culinary talents and domestic duties. He becomes mesmerized watching her, and we do the same watching him.

Trins, call me ferdous or dreamy...😉
I only got caught up with all the back eppy's last month..........I love his hairstyle in the begining, think it's too polished at the moment. Like you I want to see a mixture of two, some boyishness and some seriousness....depending on the scenario.
I think the reason he is so mesmerised by her is because he is in awe, thinking this is my wife and he is so eager to experience married life that everything she does is like so amazing.......You can tell he hasn't had much gentleness in life or unconditional love and for whatever reason, he thinks Prats is the key to all those.......... That's why he restraints his conditioning and upbringing and is always gentle with her. In one episode, after he gets hurts by Angad, he is in the adda with T/C and brooding. The boys tease him and say 'bhabi got told off by chachi'....that is another reason we see the change, he is disillusioned by his family's treatment of Prats, especially his acid tongued mother and day by day he was distancing himself from her. While there, he also tells his friends that marriage is one of those things 'you regret if you don't and you regret if you do'...my hindi isn't greated but I am sure he meant that of marriage.....and he also said that men talk straight from their heart wheres women talk all sorts....one things was very clear, there were times he just wanted to slap Prats but he restrained himself............That is more telling then anything.............Her love is very important to him and for that he will change himself, go against his upbringing and every thing he thought was right....even though he actually said few times that 'Krishnwa does not change for anyone'.........

Here's the part he tells Amma about what Prats means to him. One of my favorite parts.
