'Taxi No. 9211' director's next

What is Milan Luthria making next? Post TAXI NO. 9211, Milan is working on two projects simultaneously. "There's a project for Ramesh Sippy [producer of TAXI NO. 9211]. It's a love story. We have been at it since the past three months," Milan genuinely sounds excited.

Rumors are rife that he is planning to cast Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham. "Not true," he smiles, "I haven't decided the casting yet. In fact, I don't want to zero in on any name till I have a hardbound script on hand," he smiles.

There's another project with Sanjay Dutt, who acted in Milan's DEEWAAR. "Sanju and I are keen on a particular subject. This one's an action film with loads of adventure. As a matter of fact, it's based on a true story," Milan divulges.

Surprisingly, Milan has no clue about the producer yet. "I haven't figured that out. After the heartening response to TAXI NO. 9211, a number of producers are keen to sign me. I guess, I'll cross the bridge when I reach it," he enthuses.

There's one more film in the pipeline, this one's for leading corporate house UTV. "Right now, we are still negotiating," Milan clarifies, "It's premature to talk about it at this stage."

But the one thing Milan has decided -- and he's firm on it -- is to complete the script first and start filming later, in that order. "I don't mind devoting 6/8 months on the script. In fact, I am currently working 8/10 hours every day on two different scripts and I've decided to make them back to back. Rajat Arroraa [writer of TAXI NO. 9211] and I've developed a great rapport and he's writing the films," he smiles.
