No this will not happen... may be Shilpa will think of their happiness... one is her sibling other is the one who has touched her heart & affected her.... but Sid is a sane & a sencible person....now he knows Riddhima better, he also understands her feelings for him [Sid ].... he won't force her or motivate her to go back to her first love.... he won't make her feel guilty & humiliated.... instead will stand by her side & support her what ever she decides about her life..... am sure Riddhima will stick to her decision, to be with Sid, her husband.... its my view....THANKS

Even if I desperately wish for AR to reunite, I doubt it will happen this way, considering the promo where Sid reminds Armaan that he is Riddhima's present and Armaan the past..

I don't think the story is going the AR way (only my opinion). And all these scenes may build up to a situation where Armaan just leaves Sanjeevani for some time (for fear factor) while the Riddhima Shilpa sister track happens and SR get closer.
