After Abhijeet Sawant, Meiyang Chang and Neha Sargam, Tia Kar becomes the fourth Indian Idol competitor to get an offer in films. This charming teenager is all set to act in a couple of big banner productions featuring the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Vidya Balan, Dharmendra and Akshay Kumar.

Tia Kar has been selected for a couple of important roles in Pehli Baar Pyar Kiya Hai which will be directed by Sridhar Shetty and Happy Christmas will be directed by Aziz Mirza.

Tia confirmed the news and said that in Pehli Baar Pyaar Kiya Hai, she would be playing Amitabh Bachchan's daughter and in Happy Christmas she plays an angel. The movies are likely to hit the floors from the month of November and she would start to shoot, by this year's end.

Here's hoping that the charming Tia, manages to charm everyone from her co-stars to the film audience. She truly is someone, who has perhaps done it all; an ex-air hostess turned singer would now be acting as well.
