HELP!!!

Im kind of new and i wuz wonderin how do u change ur avatar to a different pic and how u can post pics!

sure i will help u u go to edit profile and clikc on upload my profile and pick any pic from galley or browse and pick a pic u have on u computer say ok it will appear on left hand side as u avatar well to post pic well to post pic copy pic and put where u want to send or browse them ok hope this help
