On August 15, 2010, India will complete its 63 years of independence. But are Indians today free in real sense? It can be a subject of heated debate. But we are not here to initiate a serious discussion. We picked up an amusing topic and asked your favorite telestar to tell us about those things that they, as daily soap actors, would like to get rid of. Here we listen to the citizens of daily soap country:

I hate the system of TRPs that prevails in this industry. I want to get rid of the system which judges the show according to the TRPs and not by the acting and other resources that are used in the show. I still can't understand how a show can be judged on the basis of ratings. One has to understand that there are many kinds of people watching the channels and each and every person has his/her own reason to select a show. The way the shows are evaluated is totally wrong. By rating one can understand the viewership of the show. But this cannot be the sole criteria to judge the quality of a show. I want to get rid of TRP system.
