Arman & Riddhima lovestory is so strong that they will haunt each other if they are near each other. But you are right Armaan is trying hard to stay away from them....but unfortunate circumstances is making them face to face to their past & their love. I think Armaan will either go away from Sanjeevani or will try to make himself happy with Shilpa which actually he is not.

Why is this so hard to understand. He only said it in the simplest language. Riddhima holds herself responsible for Armaan's misery. It's not a tale of secret feelings Riddhima still harbors. She feels guilty. That's why she is not being happy with Sid. We have only said it like billion times. In her heart and mind she has moved on. She feels she is only Sid's and vice versa. But she doesn't take the extra step to blissful oblivion because she knows her happiness is the reason a guy is destroying himself, quite literally.
