Why do we STILL love CID?

Now dont tell me that you dont love CID! Inspite of all the flaws and bad days, we still are not ready to miss a single episode. Everytime, we end up postponing the Deadline for FW 😆 Its not that a show ... Rather OUR favourite show has nothing GOOD at all! May be its not living up to our expectations ... May be its not the same as the Golden CID... But still, we are not out of this CID addiction!

This thread is not to make people sad... Only aim is to remind people that Guys, We still love CID! Please never bring the thought of leaving the show. This show is just not a TV serial. For most of us, its beyond that! The actors/characters are not just mere actors/characters! They mean a lot more than that for most of us!

The show means a lot for us... But even more for the people involved with it. I am not defending FW! I am just here to talk on behalf of the cast. Think of TRIO...people involved with the show for sooo many years. They spend almost everyday on this show! They are emotionally attached to it. Think of them and keep loving this show. Never get the idea of leaving the show guys, it hurts! At the end of the day, actors will suffer if TRPs go down and i cant even imagine hurting them! Can you??

I am not telling to stop pointing fingers at their faults. If we dont do that, the show will never improve! Our aim is to make them reach heights of success... We will keep trying till the end. Lets hope for the best! Dont be negative... This way you are hurting yourself. So cheer up. Be happy and excited. If one episode turns out to be bad, then wait for next with a positive mind.

I still love because it still gives me some moments(although now its through bad patches but still it gives) which any other show on TV atleast Indian Television can't give me. I am attached to it and can't leave it. Yes if any one of trio leave I will be first one to leave the show.

hmmm I don't know if I love CID - The Show anymore like I used to once upon a time. But I know that I just love Daya Sir too much. He is my main connection to the show. And of course there is Abhi Sir and ACP Sir. But to see them I still have options like films or other older shows but for Daya Sir its one and only CID. He is the only reason I am here. Its become all character/actor driven for me now.

I have decided that a week after the independence special I am going to record the cases and see only Trio's scenes. I can't take SID/GID anymore.

See Shagnika, my post is not to spread depression but I would like to see things like they are and not live in a dream world. I finally want to get practical; it hurts more when dreams are broken. All this positive talk sounds very nice but in our heart we know we are dreaming of the impossible. If things improve I will be the happiest on the planet but I know that is not going to happen. I am not going live in dreams anymore. Infact I feel the more we have got involved the more we are being ignored and the show has gone from bad to worse. They just keep doing all that we don't want.

When the Creative Team itself tells you that we have already passed the best phase of CID, means they have given up. If they have no faith in themselves then how am I supposed to have faith in them? They are already fighting a lost battle and I have lost all hopes. So what are they working at, SONY has given them a time slot and they are just ensuring that they keep filling it up with something till they have that slot. The essence of the show was lost somewhere in early 2007, after that with some classic here and there its never been what it was before that.

I love CID for what it used to be (its not even CID anymore) but today it's only the 3 characters who bind me to the show. I am seeing the show to see their faces. And since that is the only reason and I have an option ready, why should I sit through SID / GID? I will just see their scenes and be done with it.

I was tring to avoid this...because i can't sa I really love CID or m loosing interest...for me Trio and Fredy are the main reason I m still watching.After seeing vanishig game of trio I really upset...M not spreading negetivity...I know yesterday's case were good...but still not happy ACP and Abhijeet sir were not present....what's the meaning of waching this kind of crap.

Formerly my Friday nights were out-of- bounds for my entire family, even my kid. I sat glued to the TV. Now I am not that keen anymore, even though I don't record and Sunday evenings (when they show current re-runs) I am busy elsewhere. It has become, chalo, thik hai.Someday I will see it.

True for me as well. Daya Sir and Lack of other choices are still the biggest reasons for me.
