Ok, Like I said I haven't seen the show for a long, long time? Where is everyone? Old cast of DMG? Nikki, Dr Kirti, Modi, etc and it seems like Shilpa is Ridhimma's sister but Ridhimma had a sister, right? And who is Sid and how he got to marry Ridhimma?

I think i stopped watching in the middle of 2009 lol

Hey this question is more for the help desk. You should ask it there.
I will answer here though:
The old cast pretty much all left in Sep. 09 and they brought in new interns. Sid is a new intern, and after Riddhima came back in Jan '10, he married her in Feb. Yes Shilpa is Riddhima's sister, but how, we don't yet know. Riddhima did have another sister called Anjali but as I said she left in Sep. 09 as well.
Oh Dr. Kirti sometimes does show up randomly, but other than her, Armaan, Riddhima, Shashank and Padma, everyone else has left.

Pardon me, who left and got married? The interns? No, only Abhi and Nikki were shown as getting married soon, but the rest were just taken out.
