Gyan on the road . Ruby sees him in that state and smiles . Family gets to know of the accident and they rush to the hospital . Ruby sends Shekhar to Dubai on the pretext of important business meeting. Jia sees bleeding Gyan unattended in the hospital and yells at the doctors for forgetting their duty.
