I love that conversation/dialogue between the two so much. It has to be the best sequence on ArSh thus far because it totally indicates that whether Armaan likes it or not he does need someone in life to be there for him, no-one can survive alone and so this is why Dr.Shilpa has arrived into his life, from the beginning when they first met he needed her help and in his life he needs someone by his side so Shilpa is his guardian angel :)
