This is strictly AR post.
I have seen some posts on IF bashing Armaan's behaviour in the forthcoming episode. Some are saying Sid treats Armaan as his big bro & Ridhima has moved on & invited Armaan as a friend to attend her party.
Well, now here is the difference in understanding Armaan's character by people who are bashing him.
The intensity of Armaan's love is way beyond what Sid or Rid have ever experienced in their life. They are two practical individuals who would love someone but not more than themeselves. It was easy for Sid to forget Tamanna cuz he never loved her to that extent & so can not feel the pain that Armaan goes through when he is asking him for help to arrange things for Rid. He can not realise how many times Armaan die before watching Sid with Rid. Rid....one name that changed Armaan's identity, life & everything about him. His day used to start with one dream which is to be with Ridz for the rest of his life. His leaving Rid when he got sick was also a step to make sure his love is secure and leads a comfortable life when he is not there but unfortunately, he became the witness of that life of his beloved with someone else which he never thought he would have to one day. He made the decision to snap his connections with Rid so that she has someone with her when he won't be in a state to take care of her.
Rid on the other hand is a complete ego centric & selfish character. She has destroyed 3 lives in the name of sacrifice and marriage. She is too practical to understand the depth of love a character like Armaan bestowed on her. The simple reason, she doesnt need that kind of love, she is happy in her life to get love when she needs it as a physical requirement of her body & nothing else. She is insulting selfless love & keeps on poking Armaan's wounds without feeling the pain of this guy. The only word to describe her is 'machine'. It is just her personality. The tears in her eyes when she was trying to show her husband her assets simply indicates how much true she is to her words. She just wants to fulfil all her duties in this relationship i,e, marriage cuz she doesn't want to be the one to break the marriage. It was crystal clear those tears were not out of love for her husband but out of desperation for the situation she is in. Yes, you can twist it to say see how much in love SR are...but it is just an eye wash. Any woman who is ready to consummate her marriage won't cry like that.
Thats' my POV on Armaan's character & his love for one person who was once the reason for his existence.
