i felt bad for tashu , like i said in other post , lovers can be best friends , shan was right in saying that but tashu completlely misunderstud him so glad sheis out of his life ...... she is pushing herself away from him n blaming others for it how sick .......... wellll hope shan wont go after her this time .......when he is not wrong

I totally agree with what people said. Natasha's at a point where her sister and father are bombarding her and trying to brainwash her into thinking that Shaan doesn't love her anymore. So she's bound to interpret Shaan saying she's his best friend in the wrong way. I'm guessing Shaan senses nothing wrong and saying a hasty goodbye, leaves a few minutes later. But Natasha goes home and in her fit of despair throws hers and Shaan's picture.
