It looks like mili may be afraid of Vishal touching her. Though they may be best buddies. Mili is not ready to be touched by another man after what she went thru with nakul. Mili needs to see a shrink. sexual assult take months to get over.
Abhi is not another man for her. Abhi is her friend her confidant her jiju and may be her brother. Since anuj has never given mili that brotherly comfort some time a sister needs.
Like a protection from bully or a boy bothering her at school and al those things.
anuj acts cowardly when she ask for help.
So for mili abhi is her hero. her role model. From the looks of it mili surely looks upto abhi for comfort support and all.
Abhi is in place of older brother in law and same age so best of both worlds.to mili as he understands her so well.
In other hand she does not know grown up vishal and has to know him before she feels comfortable.
So it looks like mili is afraid of physical touch and lots of other things That is why she does not want to be alone with him.
But then why doesn't she tell vishal she is not ready yet to be touched by him.
Mili is totally confused and does not know what should she do.
