At the request of Razdan, Keshav Pandit and his team reaches Allahabad. However, they are shocked to find that Razdan has been murdered.
The family learns that Razdan had sought Keshav's help as some one had tried to kill him. Investigations reveal Razdan was fired from close range. No family member was present at the time of the incident. Raghu had gone out and neighbor's son Bablu was only present.
Rajdan's brother Devansh reveals that someone had stalked his brother. Terror stricken Razdan had installed closed circuit TV cameras. However, the tapes are found missing. The jewelry too is found missing.
Keshav and the police reach Bablu's house. Search leads to recovery of a burnt tape and the stolen valuables. Though police arrests Bablu, Keshav believes he is innocent and has been framed.
Razdan's brother Devansh asks Keshav to leave now that the accused has been arrested. Keshav, however, asks for a day's time. When Devansh objects, Natasha overrules him and asks Keshav to stay.
Keshav reveals to his aides that the murder was committed by a family member and that he had lied to ensure the accused became complacent and revealed himself. Who is the murderer?
Through his investigations, Keshav comes to the conclusion that Razdan's murder was committed by a person known to him. The murderer was well aware of the layout of the house and the location of CCTV cameras, etc.
Keshav searches Bablu's house and recovers a piece of torn cloth from the window.
Next day while everyone goes to the cremation, Keshav searches Devansh's room and finds the coat matching the torn cloth. Keshav surmises that Devansh had placed the proof in Bablu's house.
Keshav learns that Razdan had insured himself for Rs 50 crore and named Natasha and Devansh as nominees. Keshav informs his friends that Devansh had a motive to murder.
Natasha overhears their discussion and rejects Keshav's suspicions about Devansh. She claims Devansh was with her and hence, could not have murdered Razdan. She reveals that money could not be the motive for murder as Razdan was suffering from cancer and had only few months of his life left.
As Keshav had predicted, police fail to find Bablu's fingerprints on the gun or jewelry. Who killed Razdan?
Keshav searches Razdan's study and recovers video tapes of CCTV camera. Devansh tries to keep a close watch on Keshav and his friends. Devansh runs away when Keshav gets alerted.
The story takes a dramatic turn when Devansh collapses after drinking water. Sayra declares him dead. Natasha is shocked.
Keshav informs the police that Devansh committed suicide. Mangal discovers the suicide note wherein Devansh had confessed to his crime. Devansh also reveals Natasha's role in the crime.
Natasha disputes Keshav's story. Keshav reveals Natasha had illicit relations with Devansh and hence killed Razdan. Enraged at Keshav's allegations, Natasha blurts out that Razdan was not murdered but had in fact committed suicide.
Having confessed her crime, Natasha reveals she and Devansh were in love and had tried to murder Razdan. However, the security cover had forced them to abort their plan.
Razdan had got wind of their conspiracy and unable to bear the humiliation, committed suicide. Keshav reveals to Natasha that Devansh is not dead but only unconscious. Keshav and gang returs home n kp found sonu there n sayra has already told her the truth and also gets JJ arrested along with his aides. Keshav meets JJ and reveals he has married Sonu.
