Who has the copyright on Ishq leta & asmaani rang

ishq leta and asmaani rang songs are picturised on AR(Kash) first. then it is implemented to AR(Kasu) and AR(Kajen) also.

if these songs, including AR's BG plays on SR, we AR fans couldn't tolerate. they(SR) should've their own songs.

but now my doubt is if CV's uses these songs on Arsh(Kash), can any AR fans tolerate? why i am asking they are already using AR' BG on Arsh. being a Kash fan, its ok from my side. i think Armaan has copyright on these songs. because ishq leta and asmaani rang songs have only male voice(once or twice they've shown female version of asmaani).

P.S: this is just my POV on fictional characters and story.

Edited part: i know CV's have 1000000000000000..........% copyright on whatever they are showing in DMG. please, please, please dont mention CV's here.
