I have been seeing soo many topics of strong criticism for the character Ridhimma, I don't understand why can't people just appreciate things..
I love the character of Dr Ridhimma, she is an awsome example of practicalities,I know many people have disliked her decision of setting her life up with Sid rather than Arman, I understand your love/obsession or whatever for the pair but think sensibly if this was a real life senario, this decision whould have been more appreciated.
A yound girl spends an entire 2yrs romancing this guy and then over a night things change , later on the guy decides to leave the girl for her better future ...things go from bad to worse she gets married to someone else after a very dramatic incident, their marriage faces hardships but when finally things start to go smooth her lover is back .
Now in real life if u were in this sort of situation, u obviously pick ur marriage no matter how wonderful ur lover has been, that wos THE Past people move on, moreover marriage is a big commitment , you don't leave your hubby just because ur x-lover randomly decided 2 show up in ur life ...
I understand Arman he is in greif because of what has happened but believe me when he finds the right he will too move on...he might be clinging on too all those memories from past but its just a matter of time and he will move on, look @ Ridhimma she has so can he...
For some reason I have always got this impression that people think In AR's relationship Arman has been more comitted than Ridhimma, I think this is completely wrong becuase Ridhimma is a very tradional girl she was eqally commited ( ex- the scene when Arman lost his memory and she did everything for him and their relationship, later on her honeymoon she confessed to sid that---''jab pyarr kiya thoo dil se kiya '''...man look @ her she was equally comitted to until and Until a greater commited came along in form of her marriage to DR Modi and then she had to weigh out things in life..TOday when I came to the forum the first thing I saw was some one saying ''Ridhima never understood Arman'' ..o well may b she never did and thats why they r not together 2dai..Hence, why it is always said that relationships are made in HEAVEN ..
Today, its totally justifible for Ridhima to get defensive towards her hubby, she has made her option and she is just taking few steps towards fulfilling it , it may be in form of misundestanding Arman but hey! she is with sid today, she is ment to understand him not Arman with whom she no more shares any relationships apart from work ofcourse...
I love the way Ridhimma's character has been shaped by CVs, she is a women of practicalities,morals and principles...
Dmg has been always a youth oriented soap and I think sooo far it has lived upto being a youthful showsby been a very practial story with THE right kind of message to the youngsters out there..
ARS dilemas such things come around in day 2 day life tooo but u overcome those and move on may be it takes a while but eventually u do
ps :mods I do not intend to offend anyone ( I am sorry if I did ) but @ somepoint such things r essential to atleast make people see the other side of the coin. Do feel free to close the topic if this topic seems to be outrageous
