update 15th jul 2010: Sharmas LEAVE Udaipur

Kabir gets up from bed, and swaggers to the door (so, as noted yesterday, he's still alive 👏) RP gets in and is shocked to see him up, and urges him to sit down. He tells him that the doctor has advised full bed-rest. Kabir reminds him that they were all supposed to go to Jyoti's place. Chachi enters the room w/ Sumer, and tells him that it's good that he's recovered. Kabir again asks about them supposed to be going to Jyoti's place, and his father tells him that they were supposed to go there 3 days ago. Kabir is shocked, and bapusa tells him that when they were about to leave, he suddenly became ill and they couldn't go w/ him. Kabir asks them whether they had informed Jyoti, and his father tells him that b'cos they were so tense about his condition, they decided to send chachi w/ the shagun. Chachi tells Kabir that Jyoti turned down the engagement.

In Udaipur, the Sharmas have packed and are loading a truck for their move to Jaipur. Poonam, as usual, is pissed that Jyoti is still going w/ them, but resolves not to let her stay w/ them. Dadi is consoling Padma, telling her that a lot has changed, but Poonam asks her what is so major that they have to leave their home (Poonam, leaving Jaipur was something you were all for, until Jyoti's shagun came apart) Dadi tells her that it's all decided from above, and Deepu tells Jyoti to get into the goods truck. (Sushma isn't here, so if the Sharmas move, Srinidhi is now the latest to be out of the show)

Kabir tells chachi that there is no way Jyoti could have turned this down (Kabir, just add deception to the skill list of your family, and you'll see that there is) Chachi makes up a story that when Jyoti found out that Kabir was son of the mayor, she turned it down (that actually sounds very much like Jyoti, even though it's a lie) saying she didn't want to ruin his life. Kabir refuses to believe that, so RP gives him the phone and tells him to call her. Chachi looks @ RP like he's out of his mind, but RP tells Kabir to go ahead and call. Kabir leaves the room w/ the phone. Chachi asks RP what is he thinking? RP laughs & tells her that it's a move in a game, and that Kabir will get the same answer from Jyoti that they gave him (yep, I can see that happening)

Jyoti enters the empty house for the last time, and examines every corner of the house that may have been in her name (incidentally, aint they gonna sell it? It's not like they're swimming in cash) She gets a flashback of the day the house title was in their name and she gave KK the news. Jyoti's phone then rings, and she sees that it's from Kabir.


True to her all-hormones-no-brains style, Jyoti does not answer the phone. At one end, RP, chachi & Sumer are looking @ him as he's distressed, while @ the other end, everybody is in the car, and Dadi asks Deepu to go and see what Jyoti is up to (is Jyoti the only one who has memories of that house? Not Padma or Deepu?) Deepu comes in and sees that the phone is from Kabir, but Jyoti cuts it, giving RP the opportunity to give Kabir an 'I told you so' 😡 Kabir then tries calling Deepu, but he then gets angry and switches off the phone, and asks Jyoti to do the same. 😡 (Deepu really microwaves my blood in milliseconds 😡) Jyoti recalls the last thing she had said to chachi, and switches off her phone. Kabir is shocked, and chachi is smug. RP tells him I told you so.

Deepu goes to the car, and tells everyone to switch off their phones, and that @ Jaipur, they'd all change their numbers (Poonam doesn't look to thrilled about this 😆) He says that there is no place left for old memories. He then goes and tells Jyoti that as long as he's around, there is no way Kabir can get to her (Poonam, please do something about this) Nobody can hurt his sister (Deepu, she does a fine job just by herself) He then asks her to come.

At his place, Kabir walks out, and as usual, Sumer tries to stop him. Kabir tells him that he's out to meet Jyoti. RP tells Sumer to let him go. He says that he's unhappy about Kabir's anger, but Kabir tells him that he needs to meet Jyoti, since she's under some misunderstanding. RP fakes being impressed, and says who can stop such fervor, but this time, Kabir looks @ him angrily, knowing that his folks have double crossed him. As Kabir leaves, RP somewhat tauntingly tells him to bring their bahu back. (RP, if your bahu has any brains, she'll let your aulad stay away from you, who've just demonstrated yourself to be the worst dad ever) Kabir turns to him, gives him a dirty look and leaves. Sumer asks RP what did he just do? RP asks Sumer whether he was sure about his spies telling him about Jyoti's family leaving Udaipur? Sumer tells him that even if Kabir were to accidentally run into Jyoti, his agents would finish him. RP is happy (You're my vote for dad of the year, RP!!!)

Kabir is driving towards Udaipur. Next morning, he gets near Udaipur, and while he is on the road to Udaipur, the Sharmas are on the road to Jaipur. At one point, Kabir's car, and the truck that Jyoti is in cross each other (don't ask - Jodhpur is central Rajasthan, Udaipur South-East and Jaipur East, so there is very unlikely that they'd have passed each other - not that that's ever stopped the CVs) Finally, Kabir gets to the Udaipur house and calls for Jyoti.


Kabir is shocked to see their padlocked door. A crowd gathers around him, and a woman tells him that they left in the darkness of the night, and good riddance, since Jyoti had sullied their name. Kabir rebukes her for talking such garbage, and a guy starts arguing w/ him and gets into a fight, after he tells Kabir that Kabir has made full use of her, so to use his cash to move on to other girls. (Well done, Kabir!!! 👏 - give him a black eye) Just then, Amit magically arrives and separates them.

Kabir is angry that nobody told him about KK's demise. Amit tells him that Jyoti didn't want him to be told anything. Kabir asks Amit where is she, and Amit tells him that he has no idea. Kabir asks him whether Jyoti asked him to stay mum about it, but Amit tells him that while he knew that they're leaving the city, he doesn't know where they went. Amit tells him that Jyoti didn't want the slur of being married to a divorcee to be there on Kabir. Kabir is shocked to hear that. Amit tells him that Jyoti didn't want that to make one relationship work, he'd have to destroy 100 others w/ RP, Sumer, chachi et al (what if they deserve to be destroyed, Amit?) He tells Kabir that Jyoti sacrificed her love, and decided that this separation will hurt her as much as it does Kabir.

Kabir tells him that Jyoti has gone mad! He tells Amit that nothing can separate them. (Kabir, right now, you have to find her!) Kabir leaves him there and drives off (How does Amit ever get home, given the number of times Kabir has left him in the wilderness? 😵 Kabir, you have a better chance of finding Jyoti if Amit is w/ you) Kabir goes to the back of a river and starts shouting Jyoti's name, and it reverberates. He yells @ Jyoti saying that nothing can ever separate them, and that he'll find her.


Only relief here - Kabir is out of Jodhpur again. This time, don't go back, even if it means losing Jyoti. Unfortunately, Kabir can't find out what chachi said to Jyoti, nor can he find out what they did to him. But I think he is suspicious.

On the Sharma side, since Poonam wants Jyoti out, I think that she is the only hope for Kabir to re-unite w/ Jyoti. Otherwise, I don't see how he can find her. But Kabir, please take Jyoti back to Udaipur, not Jodhpur, not Jaipur. Go back to your home in Udaipur w/ her, and be there.

One thing I guess the CV's are unaware that, if a person dies his/her family does not roam out of the house for at least 13 days but here there are so many bloopers shown that I accept the CV's are unaware of this fact too.😕
Secondly When jyoti went to meet pankaj for the last time and met with an accident to just talk to him and to SAVE his life but here why she did not feel to even pick up kabir's why so stupidity has been shown???????😡

thanx vrisha..ur comments on jyoti were bang on...this chick AGAIN demonstrates what a wierdo she is...she was fine going to meet mr.psycho inspite of having an inkling of his psychoness...bt here,widout even speaking to kabir she threw him out of her life and thn has the audacity to blame him...and go on wid her 'i dnt want to ruin relationship' saga..wasnt this exactly what kabir had asked before he left for home??if they refuse will u leave me??and voila,thts what she does...i say to kabir,move on...get a sensible girl in ur life who DSNT go abt taking those people for granted who care for u...

I agree with Kalika about Jyoti worrying about Pankaj's life; who did not even respect his wife, while she is totally ignoring Kabir. She should even think about Kabir situation, too how he is suffering.

She should atleast find out about him ( at least from Amit)

May be she must be thinking that to leave kabir is to save his life 😕

Agree w/ you. At this point, I want Poonam to make it an issue of Jyoti staying w/ them. That would force Jyoti to pave her own tracks - something she's less likely to be successful in doing in Jaipur than Udaipur, which she knows. She knows Kalpana, and can at least stay w/ her, until she gets back her job. Right now, I am back to liking Poonam's chachi.

I do hope Kabir manages to connect w/ her tonight.
