~Our Fights Of Love~~

Day- 1
Nupur slammed the car door as she sat inside angrily muttering curses.

Nupur- 'By god..yahan aa kar maine itni badi galti ki.'

Mayank who sat beside her calmly looked at her.

Mayank- 'Its okay Nupur. Just relax.'

Nupur- 'Mayank please..next time koi bhi party mai jaane se pehle soch lena..'

Mayank- 'Nupur agar tum bhul rahe ho to yeh party pe tum mujhe laye thi..main khud nahin aaya tha. Aur waise bhi tumhe kya zaroorat thi uss waiter se ladne ki? Itna bada tamasha khada kar diya tumne!' Opening up first time angrily.

Nupur- 'Haan Mayank ab to saare galti meri hi to ho jayege na?' She said sarcastically.

Mayank- 'Haan Nupur..please admit it. Saare galti sirf tumhare hai.'

Nupur- 'Mayank tum…'

Mayank- Cutting her off. 'Nupur please keep quite. Main drive kar raha hun.'

Nupur remained shocked. She looked away hiding her tears at the moon-light while the breeze calmed her. Mayank drived in full speed in order to reach home as soon as possible.

Day-2
Days later..Mayank and Nupur sat down for dinner.

Mayank- 'Nupur..hows work? Sab acha chal raha hai?'

Nupur- Stops eating. 'Haan…theek..hai.' She stammered.

Mayank- Starts coughing. 'Nupur..dal main namak kitna jyada dala hai tumne..' Drinking water.

Nupur- Stops eating. 'Mayank tumhe criticize karne ke alawa aur kuch bhi aata hai?'

Mayank- 'Nupur..Im sorry main toh..'

Nupur pushes the plate and goes away.

Day-3
Few more days later.

Mayank- 'Jaldi ready ho na Nupur..mujhe bhook lag rahe hai..' He said looking at his watch.

Nupur- Wearing her earring. 'Aa rahe hun Mayank. Chalo Im ready ..' She said smiling.

They were going out for dinner after very long and Nupur was happy.

Mayank- 'Achi lag rahi ho..' He said smiling. She returned the smile. Suddenly Mayank got a call. He had to rush to office immediately. 'Nupur..mujhe ek bahut zaroori kam hai..main ek ghante main aata hun..aur phir hum chalte hai..'

Nupur- 'Par Mayank…' But he had already left. Nupur was totally frustrated.

Nupur waited and waited till it was mid-night. She gave up. Crying and without eating a morsel of food , she slept off. Mayank came back home sometime later. He searched for Nupur around the house and found her sleeping in the room..in the same dinner dress. He felt horrible. He went and sat next to her..and apologized to the sleeping woman.

Mayank- 'Nupur im so sorry! I love you Nupur.' He said brushing her hair. He changed into tracks and lied down beside her. For sometime he didn't get sleep , but he forced himself to sleep.

Nupur got up an hour later to find Mayank sleeping beside him. She realized she was still dressed. She changed and lied down. Mayank's droopy eyes opened.

Mayank- 'Nupur..im so sorry..really sorry.'

She didn't say anything but just nodded and closed her eyes.

Mayank- 'Come here.' He said tugging her close. She obeyed in being in no mood to fight. She snuggled close to him after so long …but she still felt some emptiness within her.

A couple of days later.

Nupur- 'Stop it Mayank..hamesha tum bolte ho. Aaj please mujhe bolne do.'

Mayank- 'Hum lad kyun rahe hai Nupur??'

Nupur- 'Hum nahin tum lad rahe ho Mayank. Bas karo Mayank..main thak chuki hun..sabse ..please mujhe chod do.' She weeped.

Mayank- Shocked seeing her like that. 'Nupur..tumhe kya hua? Kya tum theek ho?'

Nupur- 'Nahin Mayank..main theek nahin hun..main sab se thak chuki hun. Mayank..maine faisla kar liya hai..'

Mayank- 'Faisla?'

Nupur- 'Mayank…mujhe..main chahte hun ke hamara divorce ho jaye.' She said her head bent down.

Mayank- 'Kya? Nupur tum ye kya keh rahe ho?' Shocked completely.

Nupur- 'Haan Mayank..maine iske baare main bahut soch samajh ke faisla kiya hai.'

Mayank- He knew that there was something wrong. 'Theek hai Nupur ..tum jaisa chahte ho..waisa hi hoga.'

Nupur's eyes filled with horror. She expected him to debate over it for sometime..but he was so casual. She felt horrible.

Mayank- 'Umm..Nupur..if you don't mind..jo bhi maine tumhe diya hai..mujhe waapis kar do..main nahin chahta ke mere koi bhi yaad tumhare paas rahe.'

Nupur had tears in her eyes. She started removing the engagement ring..but it wasn't coming out. Actually she was pretending to remove it and wasn't actually. Mayank came close to her and pulled the ring out. She glared at him angrily with tears. Mayank just fiddled with the ring. Nupur went to the cupboard and started throwing all the clothes he had got for her.

Nupur- 'Yeh lo..kha lo sab ko..sadu ..monkey Mayank!' She threw almost every dress on him..he had got her the whole wardrobe of clothes and soon she would have nothing to wear. But now just returning all his things mattered to her. After she was done. 'Khush?' She screamed her lungs out.

Mayank- He shook his head. 'Ek aur cheez baki hai.'

Nupur winced.

Mayank- Coming close to her and whispered. 'Mujhe meri woh har ek kiss wapas do jo maine tumhe hamare iss ek saal ki shaadi main di hai.' He said cupping her face.

Nupur's cheeks turned pale pink on hearing these words. 'Mayank..stop it.' Was all she could say as she moved away from him.

He pulled Nupur and made her sit on the bed as he rummaged all the clothes on the floor to make space for them to sit.

Mayank- Taking her hands in his. 'Nupur main jaanta hun ke kuch hai jo tum mujhse chupa rahi ho. Yeh roz ka tumhara ladna aur gussa hona..kuch to baat hai. Aur waise bhi divorce tumhare Morena ka gudda-guddi ka khel nahin hai..Its a lifetime commitment..aur main yeh commitment life long nibhana chahta hun..tumhare saath Nupur. Please mujhe batao baat kya hai?'

Nupur- 'Mayank woh ….'

Suddenly Mayank's phone started ringing and the caller ID said in big black bold letters. 'OFFICE'

Nupur- 'Yeh hai mera reason!!!' She screamed. 'Tumhara kam!'

Mayank glared at the phone guiltily and cut it. He then switched it off and gave it to Nupur. She snatched it and threw it somewhere between the clothes.

Mayank- 'Sorry Nupur..tum kaho..' His hands still in hers.

Nupur took a deep breath and got all charged up to fire at Mayank. She complained about how he never gave her time..and was always busy in his office life.

Mayank- 'Ok Nupur..I promise ke main aage se dhyaan rakhunga.' He smiled.

Nupur- 'Aur Mayank..ek aur baat hai. Woh mera office hai na?' After a bit stammering.'Mayank main apne job se bilkul khush nahin hun..Mera boss..woh buddha mujhe itna pareshan karta hai..uski shakal dekh ke hi mujhe itna gussa aata hai..kabhi mera kaam appreciate nahin karta aur mujhe neeche dikhani ki koshish karta hai.'

Mayank- Angrily. 'How dare he do this with you? I wont leave him! Nupur tumhe job karne ki kya zaroorat hai jab main hun na..?'

Nupur glared. 'Mayank tum..'

Mayank- 'Mera matlab woh nahin hai..I mean why you still continuing? Aur tumne yeh sab mujhe pehle kyun nahin bataya?'

Nupur- 'Mayank kya tumhare paas kabhi mere liye time tha?' He looked down avoiding her gaze. 'Aur woh join karne se pehle main ek saal ka contract join kiya tha..ab main itni easily chod nahin sakti..'

Mayank- 'Itni si baat? Tum chinta mat karo Nupur..main baat karunga usse..dekhta hun budha kaise nahin manta..'

Nupur giggled.'Mayank..tum pe ye sab suit nahin karta.'

Mayank- 'Ab agar sab clear ho chuka hai to kya mujhe meri saari kisses waapis mil sakte hai?' He said leaning closer.

Nupur- Pushing him away. 'Ab to hamara divorce nahin ho raha hai na..'

Nupur smiles at the gesture. Mayank softly kisses her lips and they break into a hug. They sleep off with Nupur cuddling into Mayank..and now finally not feeling any emptiness.

Next morning comes and Nupur is apprehensive to take Mayank to fight about that contract. But Mayank insists. He suprises Nupur by shouting at her boss that he has lots of connections and he can sue him for ill-treatment. He tells her boss that all termination contracts should be sent to him..he also warns that not even one call should go to Nupur. And so Nupur is FINALLY free!!

Mayank and Nupur go back home. Nupur thinks that Mayank will be going to the office so she sleeps off for sometime. Mayank in in turns calls his PA and tells her to cancel all his work for one full week as hes busy at home. He decides to surprise Nupur by making her favourite lunch for her. He slogs in the kitchen making her favourite paneer pasta..(her very own special recipie which Gunjan discovers).

Nupur gets up after refreshing two hours to see Mayank in the kitchen. She expects him to be at office but he was still at home. He tells her that he has taken a week off from work as its very stressful. The genuine smile on Nupur's face makes Mayank feels the most happiest and luckiest man on earth.

Mayank insists on Nupur being out of the kitchen till he gets lunch ready. He orders her to go and watch some TV. Nupur being a hard-core romantic ends up watching Titanic..her favourite movie and emtional black-mailed Mayank to sit through the whole movie too! The pasta was amazing..and Nupur declares how much she misses Gunjan..since Samrat and Gunjan have gone on an honey-moon to Goa.

The whole day Mayank makes sure that he does whatever makes Nupur happy. In the night Nupur declares that shes tired..and goes off to sleep. Mayank rushes out to make a few calls.

Mayank- 'Hello..Samrat………??'

And next he calls the travel agent.

Mayank rushes to the room not to create any doubts in Nupur's mind. Meanwhile Nupur was screaming in sleep.

Nupur- 'Mayank…tum kahan ho??!!' Patting the side next to her.

Mayank- 'Main yahin hun Nupur…' He said coming there right on time. 'Ab tum mere bina ek minute bhi nahin reh sakte?? Aur pehle to divorce –divorce kar rahe thi..' He teased.

Nupur got up. She was fully charged for another fight. Half-sleep half-awake she started fighting for no reason.

Mayank- 'Okay Nupur stop..Ok..Nupur..Okay Nupur now please stop!!!' He went and he kissed her. Nupur pushed him away. He started to laugh. 'Wow. Nupur..main kitna intelligent hun..ab se ek rule banate hai..jab bhi tum mujhse ladogi na..to main tumhe kiss karunga..what say??'

Nupur- 'Mayank tum na..' Angrily.

Mayank- Coming close. 'Time for one more.'

Nupur moved away and slept off facing the other side. Mayank laughed and slept off too.

Next evening Mayank tells Nupur that his mother isn't feeling well and they have to rush to Delhi to meet her..where she is settled. Mayank prays that his plan works out. He tries to distract Nupur a lot till they sit in the flight. But then finally Nupur comes to know that they are in Goa. She sees Samrat-Gunjan at the airport..and is overflowing with happiness. She gives Mayank a lovingly look and whispers a thanku to him with a smile..:)

Gunjan and Nupur hug and so does Sam and Mayank. Samrat and Gunjan leave forward to arrange for the taxi while Mayank-Nupur are walking behind.

Nupur- 'Mayank..hum yahan aa to gaye..par kahin hum Sam aur Gunjan ko disturb to nahin kar rahe …?'

Mayank- 'Relax Nupur..maine dono se baat kar li thi..aur waise bhi hum yahan sirf teen din ke liye hai..just like a short vacation.'

Nupur- 'Haan par woh yahan apne pehle honey-moon par hai..'

Mayank- 'Aur hum dusre..' and he winks at her.

As he puts his arms around her waist and walks..Nupur feels the most special person ever. She believes herself to be the luckiest to get Mayank. She pecks him on the cheek and putting her hand in his..they walk into a new life..afresh.
