He missed Simi and mentioned that he wished Simi was around when they were having panipuri.
he pitches in saying simi must be really busy when Mili commented that Simi sounded irritated.
He came home and was part of the group to scare Simi.

He very well understood she was preoccupied and also told her that it looked like Anita is still not willing.

He was so excited that end of song he just grabbed her and drew her close and there was so much love evident in his eyes.
Well that's what you call an ideal husband.
Neil's expressions were good when Neetu and Omi are ragging him to hold Simi from falling. that was natural the way he expressed as if saying...Come on, enough.
And of course there was so much love evident in his eyes for Simi.
