Very nice discussion going on in this thread. u guys have said it all. btw talking of naku becoming a victim of a rich man...i think if u see it she has already become one. maybe not in the sense babi meant but in a different sense. dutta was livid with supriya's betrayal. he wanst able to get to her...so he did the next best thing...found a punching bag in naku...took it out on her. now that his anger has calmed down and he is doubtful of naku's involvement in the affair he has decided to ease his guilt by letting naku off. but in the meantime he rewrote the course of life of a poor defenseless girl....used her and dropped her after using her.
LOL! I sure u ppl might be surprised by this anti-dutta stance...but thats how babi wud look at the whole issue...that her daughter was used by these rich people esp dutta.

i m not surprised..........actually i totally agree with u.........dutta has indeed used naku in some sense.........after sups escape he needs someone to show his power n viscious side........n naku became the victim.........now when he realised he behaved wrongly with her.........he's trying to compensate by letting her go........what he doesn't understand naku is a girl not a toy........use it n throw it.............she has feelings n dutta is hurting her............

Dutta's ego has taken a beating. Let's rewind and think about lines which he said about his betrayal:

"Dutta, thuuu hai teri samajh par, tujhe toh ek aurat ne maat de di."

"Tune ((Nakku, a girl) Dutta ko Khalas kar diya,".

"Dutta ko hi paani pila diya, jo koi aur nahi kar saka (tu toh badi chalaak chudail nikli)".

Then to Baaji he said, "saala, saare sheher mein bolta phirta hai mere ilake koi parinda bhi par nahi maar sakta." Toh ek chidiya mere ghar se kaise phooorrr hogayi."

Three women cheated him, usko ullu banaya, and he never smelled a rat! He came to know about it only after the deed was done.

And lets not forget his sisters...plus AS if she is the BH. Naku too in a way he doesnt even imagine...he doesnt even know what she really looks like. as someone said apart from his work dutta is pretty dense abt women.
