y is in kb no married women wear a mangalsutra?

i dont understand one thing y that no married women in karl bagh wear a mangalsutra ,let it be manju,simi,and anusha ji ,previously atleast neetu and anitha were wearing one but now nobody wears a mangalsutra is it not needed for a married women or no money for buying one where they can spend on mata ki chowki ,gold and rest extra ,i thought atleast now anusha will give mangalsutra as frist thing to simi but no. when all the series revolve around marriages and the main mangalsutra,this series does not need one ,but dont know y?

even i wonder but if they follow the sikh religon then they dont have to wear mangalsutra but sometimes they show that they re hindu but then they show them going to the gurdwara

B'coz its not very common in Delhi........also its not a required thing in Punjabi families. So may be thats the reason😊

Arre yaar both Neetu and Anita are forbidden from wearing mangalsutra as one is about is about get divorced and the other is staying away from her husband😆😆

They are not shown sikh...they are hindu punjabis. And lot of punjabis visit gurdwara on a regular basis. And you are right...punjabis and sikh women are not required to wear a managlsutra....thats why none of the women in KB are shown wearing them.

Now that Abhi is working for his fathers company he can afford to buy her one. Maybe the CV's are waiting to present it in a future episode. It would make a nice surprise for Simi di.

He must be working at night when no one needs him including his wife . He is working to collect money for getting Tarneja tax case assets back but CVs will have him buy mangalsutra first. In any case, he has plenty of time, HIS case will be processed normal KB time for his family, be years before anyone sees Tarneja mansion again.

Punjabi people do wear mangalsutras, but not all of them.
Its ultimately their choice.

Besides, isn't the mangalsutra mainly a tradition for Hindus?
