Avoid oily / fried foods ...

Make sure to eat Moong dal with or without skin twice a week .. It makes ur face glow .. It works real good if taken inside rather than making a paste & applying on face 😳 ...

About the food definitely avoid eating too many snacks in between meals - eat a good portion of Meal be it breakfast/Lunch or dinner and if you do need to have snacks have healthy snacks like nuts(Almonds, Walnuts - What I do is mix nuts with Raisins or date a little to get sweetness. Also it has fiber.

Get a good night's sleep(if possible)

When it comes to cleaning face avoid using Soap on the face and instead use a gentle facial cleanser or a mild soap. Think before putting anything on the face anything like cream or makeup. Don't use cheap stuff as it is your face.

1.try using herbal products ...coz der are no side effects..
2.to avoid dark circles get some good sleep and avoid a very stressful life
3.take frequent oil bath which makes ur skin glow..
4.reduce junk food..instead take salads and lot of fresh juice especially during summer..
5.see the manufacturing date ..be careful wid the product esp facial ones .cheap quality stuff will affect ur skin and cause pimples or marks.

wat i suggest is drink plenty of water
i used to apply mud mask on d face esp for acne n oily skin so it ll b helpful😳
