Anandi's dad gets drunk on sets
Chetanya Adib, better known these days as Anandi's father in Balika Vadhu, likes to be as close to his onscreen character as possible.Recently the actor, who plays a villager in the show, had to shoot a scene where he's supposed to be drunk. After consulting his director, Chetanya took a few drinks before the shot. Though he succeeded in giving the perfect shot, he did feel tipsy on the sets! "By the time the shot ended I was so high that I was scared to drive back home," laughs Chetanya. "Finally a person from the unit drove me back home....but when I saw the scene on TV; I thought it was worth it." Well Chetanya hats off to your dedication towards work!!
