MILEY JAB HUM TUM is a youth oriented show which revolves around the lives of 6 college students of MUMBAI namely SAMRAT(MOHIT SEHGAL),MAYANK(ARJUN BIJLANI),NUPUR(RATI PANDEY),GUNJAN(SANAYA IRANI),DIYA(NAVINA BOLE) and UDAY(JASKARAN SINGH)

The story starts with the entry of the TRENDSETTING DIVA OF EXCEL COLLLEGE DIYA who has a crush on SAMRAT the COOLEST DUDE OF EXCEL COLLEGE.He enters the show as a BASKETBALL CHAMP and THE HEARTROB of every girl.

Then we are taken to MORENA, a small town in MP where we get to meet the cousins of Diya and Uday: NUPUR and GUNJAN.They are like SEETA and GEETA who are totally different.While NUPUR is a BUBBLY GIRL and the PRINCESS OF MORENA,GUNJAN is a SHY and INTROVERT GIRL but at the same time very INTELLIGENT. They are all the way headed to MUMBAI to pursue their higher studies with their cousins.

Then enters another GEM of EXCEL COLLEGE MAYANK SHARMA,who is not at all less in popularity in comparison with SAMRAT.He has his own way of coolnass.He's SMARTNESS and INTELLIGENCY makes him another HEARTROB of the girls and EXCEL COLLEGE GIRLS drool over him.

The main lead of the story are SAMRAT paired with GUNJAN and MAYANK paired with NUPUR.
