this scenario which is really common in indian fiction is one of the many tht makes my bood boil..u guys know,when i was an intern in OBGY,there was a complicate pregnancy and the family actually came up and asked us where do they sign so as to save the child..needless to say,they really got a lashing frm my chief resident..and the advise to stop watching hindi movies..

and ya,even i liked the option of CM misplacing the kid...thts right up her alley...

And in a way I want the baby to survive. Because if it dies Jyoti would be kind of losing before Pankaj which I don't want. (even though he would also be a loser).
I want Jyoti to deliver the child healthy, marry Kabir, give the child his name( & drag Pankaj to the court & rebuke him publicly if needed) Jyoti's living happily with Kabir & the child would be the hardest slap on Pankaj's face.😛

If the baby dies, it may then be a different story, b'cos in such a case, even a mahadevi like Jyoti will want revenge. Plus that's the only scenario where Pankaj can be given a fitting reply, and Bhairavi will be powerless to do anything once Pankaj has blood on his hands. And why would Jyoti ending up w/o Pankaj's baby be losing - why does Jyoti have to have something that's only going to hinder her acceptance into her new family? Make this one at least smooth.
