Clarifications needed

When radhika got publicly married , she was given an Acharya-snghita , which said that she can act as rajpurotain in dev's absence .
Why could she not be given that right when Dev went missing. though everyone took him for dead but in the absence of proof they had to wait presuming he will return within 5 yrs. Working on that premise , Radhika should have been made RPtain .
However this issue was not brought up altogether . why ?
Or Vivek could be made acting RP ?
However one good thing has come up now that Vivek has given up his Wheelchair & got crutches .
Soon he may regain his sexual prowess .
The next twist will be interesting if Vivek makes Mrin Pregnant . He will be able to gain the RPship
Then even if dev does not return , RP ship will remain with the purohits & they can go back to PS in delhi. radhika will remain as the CB but in a diff. attire .
The equation with Susheel & Arjun change .
