Armaan and Riddhima's character

I was reading a topic stating that Riddhima has changed. And i had made a topic on it a while back today but then realized that the truth is that the day Riddhima married Sid, she a sari hui old lady. Because when Armaan returned, and they united in that scene, she was so happy, and we saw our old Riddhima, but then she realized she was married and then went back to the "Mrs. Modi" phase, and she will always will be there until Armaan and her reunite. Because Riddhima was NO ONE until she met Armaan! Armaan developed her character, and Riddhima developed Armaan's character. She told Armaan that day that "Why are you so good? Why can't I be like you" But she didn't realize that she is the reason that Armaan is who he is. And if he had NEVER met Riddhima, then he would have NEVER done anything he has done for her in these past years. Armaan is a beautiful character who was made to show how much love can change one. But, if they decide to show ArSh, then how will he be any better than Riddhima. I would have rather have had them dead than see them with two other people. But then again, who am I kidding!?! People listen or think while watching the show, all they do is WATCH their favorite actors together. They don't care about the storyline. They only care about seeing their favorite actors on the same screen for a second in this 20 min. show.

Hey Simran..if people want to see crap, CVs will be encouraged to show crap. Its that theory....you get what you deserve.
So request to reunite AR are going on deaf ears....no one cares. You correctly said....storyline can go to hell...show me crap but my fav. jodi...that's all.
I have a suggestion....watch Geet or FIR...atleast it will make you smile. DMG has turned into a never ending saga waiting for closure soon....since they dont have any plan how to move the serial...it is just a repeat telecast of old episodes with new faces or rather say on different actors.

I totally agree! But don't worry, I've stopped watching DMG. I can't believe I have, because it had become a habit for the past 3 years to watch it, but I'm trying to just get rid of the habit, but everyone knows that habits aren't that easy to stop. And yeah, I'm watching Geet already, and now I'm just waiting for Tere Liye. As for MJHT, I never really watched it, but now that the whole "season 2" has started, i rather not. Season 2 was the reason for DMG to completely go down the toilet, and now so will MJHT be.

Riddhima was Basket earlier- Basket has vanished ever since she lost her Armaan

Armaan - was Mr Superkool earlier when he had his basket to be looked after
he is either irritated or in anguish ever since he is forced to stay away from his adorable Basket :)

Get them back together and the original Ammy and Basket will be back too ;)

Wish the show had enough sense to realise they r missing the Charm of these two lead characters

you said it man! 100% agreee! wonder why this didn't happen before when the actors for riddima character changed? no people sent out hundreds of petition, TRPS didn't drop infact it skyrocketed from to time.., like why the hell are AR fans spiting NOW???? whatever. AR will get AR back! wait n watch....

@sbdhillon...i feel viewers have contributed to the downfall of DMG as well...they started supporting individual jodis instead the main storyline which was there for the last 3 years....when I watch this serial now its like you are trying to move on with open wound.....it seems like people have lost sensitivity towards feelings. Everything is about "moving on" & "freshness". DMG has definitely lost its charm...i guess that's the reason it has never been nominated in any award function if I recollect correctly but not sure.

DMg has never been nominated as a show for any awards
Sonu Nigam won an award for the title song
KSG won a new talent award for Armaan
even now KSG, Jen, KW are nominated

the show Has the BEst actors with the worst possible script right now ;)

but i guess it will surely improve once things settle down

AR were the mainstay of the show for years
they suddenly dropped a bomb and there goes the show's connect with the loyal audience
who nominates a show liek that?

Exactly. You can't expect this show to actually get high TRPS anymore because they've just ruined the whole entire show. Like, the whole babli crap was NOT needed. and then the memory loss!? But in a way, it showed how strong their love was and how Armaan fell in love with Riddhima AGAIN! But i guess their love was strong enough to defeat ANGER from friends, family, and even shashank, and pretty much won SOO many people's heart in DMG [the whole bhook kasu scenes] but was never strong enough to defeat marriage. Which at that time, was just based on friendship and just a piece of paper. If everyone in this world can get a divorce, then why is it not okay for them to get one? If you're not happy with your marriage, isn't it better to just get a divorce rather than ruining 3 lives!

You said it right.Most of the people want to watch actors. And we some people want to watch story but cannot see it, In the process, the story gets ruined.
