Cont from where I left yesterday:
RIdzy was feeling very relaxed in her new outfit (Sid's oversized Kurta!). The lingering smell of SId's cologne which was still left in the Kurta was reminding her of him relentlessly, putting a dreamy smile on her face. Since she drifted off to sleep, she had this lingering feeling of her proximity with Sid, as reminded to her by the smell in the kurta, which was infact comforting to her. When Ridzy woke up in the morning, she realised that she felt as if she had been sleeping next to Sid ( thanks to the smell in kurta) but she was surprised by her own feelings that instead of feeling awkward, tense or at unease, she actually felt very secure and at peace with 'the feeling'.
She walked over to Sid's room to find him fast asleep with a cute smile on his face. HE looked absolutely adorable with his touseled and ruffeled hair and an angelic peaceful expression on his face. She had this strong urge to run her fingers through his hair ( which she did and it remined her of her honeymoon night). Then she noticed his lips fixed with an angelic smile and his strong shoulders and she had this weird urge to be closer to him and to lay her head on those shoulders.
Just then Sid woke up and as if he is dreaming he could not believe what he saw. Ridzy sitting next to him with a heavenly expression on her face. He was not sure of what to say or do so as to not to spoil the great moment ( and he remembered his promise of not disturbing her). So he just said: good morning.
Ridzy ( self consious now): can we leave a little early for the hospital. I have to change as I am roaming in same clothes from yeaterday.
Sid ( adds with a chuckle and Wink): so you are not going to wear your NEW DRESS to the hosp?
Ridzy just threw a pillow at him and leaves the room.
SiD: yells from behind: It will be best if you move your belongings back to our home again.
RIdzy: will do that on our way back home in the evening and you will have to help me pack up.
Sid : Good.
In the hospital both Ridzy and Sid had this lingering feeling of each other being just closeby and both looking at the doors of their ward often to cehck out if they could catch a glimpse of each other passing bye. Both could not wait for the lunch break when they were going to be together again.
At the Lunch break Sid, ridzy, JP and JIggy were sitting together when SId suddenly called up Dr. S to join them. he knew Armaan was coming over in a few mins also. AS dr. S came up Sid immediately offered a seat next him and JEALOUS ridzy cutting him, offered her to sit next to herself. ( much to the amusemnt of SId). AS Ridzy had to move closer to Sid to accomodate dr.S. this just made SId fling a casual arm behind Ridzy's chair back and near Ridzy's shoulder which immediately made RIdzy very self consious and the fact that SId was trying to Caress her shoulder off and on did not help either. ArmAan came in and joined the gang and read the tension on Ridzy's face while Sid's face glowed with amusement. Armaan questioned Sid through eyes about "what's up?" and SId returning the stare with "wait and watch".
Ridzy just to ease the tension strated casual conversation with dr.s and every time Sid tried to talk to dr. s, she butted in. This just brought a smile on all the guys face ( esp Armaan) who were giving looks to Sid as if saying 'keep it up dude.' Finally dr. S also got the humor in the situation and started joining in the humor by trying to instigate Ridzy further by trying to talk to Sid when she knew Ridzy will butt in!! Finally no one at the table, except Ridzy,could control their laughter anyomre and started laughin, much to the amazement of confused Ridzy. Finally Armaan stepped in like a gentle man and rescued Ridzy from further embarasement by calling for everyone to reutrn to their duties. All the while, giving meaningful glances to SId, as if saying, 'what you are bringing out in Ridzy even I could not bring it out!' ( Sid deliberately letting everyone enjoy, not to put RIdzy down but he was loving this side of Ridzy-- jealous nad possessive).The gang went away to their respective duties. But the entire episode brought respect for Armaan in Dr.s's eyes and a mixed feeling of closeness and comfort for Ridzy and Sid ( as they shared special moment of closeness together).
LAter, as Sid dumped Ridzy's suitcase in the care as they were going back to their own home ( finally), it occured to Ridzy (who was still trying to figure out what was so humorous at the luch time) that everyone was actually laughing at her and that SId was responsible for this. That he knew she was jealous of dr.S. this discovery just made Ridzy ANGRY and she blurted out that she is not going anywhere with SId. SId being tired from a long and hectic day, was too tired to argue again but he asked why. ANd Ridzy said that he had made a fool out of her infront of every one.
SID: NO Ridz. But he came to know that it was useless to argue at this time so he just walked over to ridzy and picked her up and dumped her in the care and buckled her up much to the annoyance of ridzy who had no alternative but to yield.
LAter, He explained to Ridzy about his actions over the dinner at their home and much to his amazement, Ridzy accepted his apologies.
After the dinner although they were tired but none of them really wanted to go ways from each other. SId as if sensing it, said: wait here and I will be back from my room in a minute.
While SId was gone, Ridzy was thinking how foolish she was of being jealous of dr. S.
When SId came back, he brought 2 pillows and padded mat with him. He had also changed into night suit and he was wearing hte same kurta that Ridzy had worn the night before. This did not escape ridzy's observation who said: Tumne wahi kurta pehna hai jo kal maine pehna tha?
Sid: HAan, achha lag rhaa hai. yeh kurta tumhare paas hone ka ehsaaah dila raha hai. Ismein se abhi bhi tumhari khushbu aa rahi hai. ( he said this with such tenderness and love in his eyes that, it made Ridzy Blush)🥱.
SId: Chalo thori der bahar terrace par bhath te hain.
RIdzy: Main bhi change karke aati hun.
OUside on hte terrace, under the moon and the stars, it felt divine. They felt so much at peace and after tlaking about some general topic, Sid Put his head back on the pillow while staring at Ridzy jsut talk ( he could not register what she was talking but he liekd the sight of soft looonlight glow around her) and when HE drifted off to sleep, he did not know.
WHen Ridzy realised that she had been talking to a sleeping SID, she could not help turning ove rto look at anangelic face. PEaceful and the same angelic smile plastered on Sid's lips and a face that glowed in the moon light which made her realise, how handsome her husband was! SHe had no strenght to get up leave teh side of her husband and she decideed to stretch out beside him, only, just for a while, though. It was veyr comforting and soothing. When she drifted off to sleep, even she did not know.
Suddenly both of them woke up, almost simutaneuosly. both found themselves in a protective embrace. Sid's arm onRidzy's tummy and Ridzy's hand on Sid's shoulder with their heads close together. They bith realised that their relationship has finally moved to a level where both feel like 'a man and his wife', now.
FOr SID this was THE MOMENT. And he instinctively get closer to her. Ridzy did not knew how to respond but knew she did not want to move out and away from SId either. Sid knid of knowing her feelings instinctively moved his lips closer to her ears, planting small kiss on tha way at her nape and said to her : I love You> In the most tender of way which send shivers down the spine of ridzy and she felt butterflies in her stomach.
Just then, Phone rang. Both jumped as they did not expect phone to ring at 5 AM. Out of Breath Ridzy said, it muzt be important. Sid who was totaly aroused by now, said let it ring. But ridzy got up to get the phone.
SId waited for a while outside then came inside the home to find Ridzy talking to soemone in a very concerned way.
The end. I think the whoel thing is looking just out of M&B novels but the characters of Ridzy and SId bring out those kind of thoughts to my mind. And rest is upto the creatives to hsow what htey want. I only wanted to see SR relationship grow in a positive and mature manner. I personally do not like teenager type stuff from grown up individuals. CVs have created a beautiful relationship in the form of SR and they shown very good characters of Sid and Ridzy (KW and Jen have DOen a superb job of infusing life into the characters. KW's eyes speak more than his voice!! Kudo's for doing great acting👏). These people have evolved into great grown up couple and I wish they show some grown up stuff from this Jodi.
There is a subtle difference in being sensuous ( peaceful, comforting and artistic) and being vulgar ( loud, hyper, and exciting).
