Ronit Roy bags international project

Television actor Ronit Roy admits he has signed an international project, but refused to divulge any further details.

"It's too early to talk about it. I have agreed (to do the international project) in principle. All further discussions are pending," Ronit, who attended the Cannes Film Festival for the screening of his Hindi film "Udaan", told us on SMS.

Meanwhile, the actor is hoping for a positive response to 'Udaan', a coming of age drama by Vikramaditya Motwane, in which he plays an authoritative father.

Ronit started his career with the movie 'Jaan Tere Naam' in 1992 and later did films like 'Hulchul', 'Sainik' and 'Dosti Ki Saugandh', but couldn't make it big in movies.

Later he moved on to the small screen and became a household name after featuring in TV shows like 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' and 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thhi'.

These days he is being seen in Imagine TV's 'Bandini' and is also set to host 'Kitchen Champion', a cookery show on Colors.

I hope it pans out for him, he is a very talented actor and deserves good projects........but before that happens, I hope Bandini ends because I REALLY, REALLY CAN'T TAKE ANY MORE BODY-DOUBLES😡

well he shot for udaan & pankh at the same time as bandini...of course they said he was in antwerp for 3 wks so prob would do the same now if he went abroad ...dont see bandini or KC ending soon...KC has a 6 mth contract to begin with..and besides why would any channel end their top show? They would just adjust schedules that way.

yeah ramo..they better do that coz bandini is again picking up its trps........so ending it......cant be possible..as none of the imagine soaps are working...bandini has very high potential.....i still not agree with ekta's decision to show bandini on imagine....which has minimum reach...........

i want ekta n her team to take bandini into full consideration n improve the story line.....coz bandini is one of her best work.....with a fab cast.........n give us epi like......... 3rd june😍

I wanted to say is good luck RR and you deserve everything good that comes your way and we know your busy we would like you on Bandini with less of the Body doubles and more of our DMDKM 😃
