Food mahabharat is over:D

Finally, it looks like the WW III over food is over.😆 In my opinion, both the sides were wrong. Even though Suhana should have told them before hand, Rajni and Disha could have asked Suhana about the kind of food that your friends will prefer before making a decision. They were over reacting.

Also, they were two people or rather two sticks. Agar khana bach bhi gaya, to I am sure ke do logo ka khana Elesh khajayega aur dakar bhi nahi lega. lol.

Plus, whats up with Ishaan? He is comparing himself with Sid and blaming Suhana for it. Its not like Suhana brought the sunglasses. It was a gift. Isme Sid kahan se aagaya? What say?

@eshi786: There is no one right or wrong here. The sil's wanted to surprise suhana by preparing food for her friends. Suhana knew her friends like italian so ordered it. These kind of things happen pretty often in families. i like the way it was handled. The sil's were very right to be upset, and suhana was very right in ordering the food as well.

ya same here , I too feel they just got angry for no reason !!

Now I'm feeling like Ishaan is overacting. Suhana is still into Sid but she never makes it obvious. She wanted to marry that guy, so ofcourse she had some deeper feelings for him that won't change over night.

1. Suhana and Rajni/Disha+others who made the food have different point of views. The family on one side makes the food because they will do everything to please the guest even if Suhana doesn't tell them to...thats how it is in their family. Suhana on other hand never lived in a joint family nor she learned any family tradition or values like her Sasural. She did what she used to do in her father's house... so no one is right or wrong, they just did what they were used to do

2. Don't forget that Ishaan LOVES Suhana.. and when u love someone u would never want that ur wife tries to make u look like someone else. And Suhana still thinks of Sid.. she was lying about Ishaan when she met Sid. She wants Ishaan to look smarter than Sid and thats what bother Ishaan.

Totally agree with all of your points. Suhana and the bhabhis will only do what they usually do and because they're so different, what they both choose to do will naturally be different and likely to cause differences.

As for Ishaan, as simple and sweet the guy may be, he's only human and insecurities are natural, especially seeing as he's in love with her as you said. You can't expect him to understand all the time.

Enough has been said about the food mahabharat, so I won't add any more colored commentary there, but I would definitely like to say a bit about this point.

The way I see it, sunglasses are the ultimate symbol of Suhana's connection to Sid. Remember P'gunj? She fought with Sid over sunglasses and trapped Ishaan into saying ILY. Later on she lied to Sid about Ishaan when Sid was flaunting the sunglasses. When Ishaan was trying to explain to her about the bhabhis and their anger, Suhana was unconcerned. So Ishaan was irritated in general. And his frustration compounded when Suhana gave him sunglasses as a gift. See, making him wear nice shirt, trousers and tie a different matter, but making him wear something he doesn't care about is like trying to turn him into someone else. If I asked my husband to pierce his ears and wear punk type clothes, he'd be scandalized. Ishaan is a simple man, with simple desires in life. Hence he was angry with Suhana. Not justifying his anger here, but he's a human being after all and more so, he's in love with his wife. He cannot NEVER be angry with her for holding on to her past.

So relieved..finally food fight over..lolz
