Ruchika comes looking for her cell phone in Rohan's office. She left her phone on the desk and when she came back, it was gone. Rohan's the only person who is usually up to such pranks. So she searches Rohan's pockets and everything else but to no avail. Rohan says he doesn't have it.
Huzaifa walks in and asks Ruchika if she is still looking for her phone.
Ruchika leaves and Huzaifa tells Rohan to give Ruchika's phone back. Rohan says that he doesn't have the phone. Huzaifa then tells Rohan he won an open air ticket from East West Travels for coming up with a slogan: "Jab East West Travels hai to Duniya badi choti hai." Rohan tells him that he should have been put in jail instead.
Huzaifa then wonders where he can use his open air ticket and also tells Rohan to return Ruchika's phone to her.
Isha is taking the elevator up to work, and Ashish joins her. He asks her about the dinner last night. She says she doesn't remember any dinner. He asks about the dinner before. She tells him that she doesn't remember that either. She doesn't like to talk about her personal matters at the office. She likes to keep her personal matter away from office discussion.
When they arrive upstairs they run into Ruchika who is still looking for her phone. She tells Isha and Ashish that not to call her ash she can't pick up her phone.
Rohan meets up with Isha and Ashish excuses himself. Rohan asks Isha about the meeting their supposed to go to for Roshan & Shraddha. Isha says she completely forgot. Rohan tells Isha that her head is not in the right place. He says that forgetting about meetings suits him not her. Isha says she needs a few minutes and she'll meet him. She then tells Rohan to give Ruchika her phone back.
Roshan is a traveling writer and talks about all the different places he's been to. Rohan and Isha tell both Roshan and Shraddha that they've been meeting for a while now and they look quite happy together. They talk about marriage and Roshan is ready but Shraddha asks for some more time.
After Roshan leaves Rohan and Isha inquire if there is some issue and Shraddha confesses that she has never been out of India even once. She says she doesn't know why she lied about it but she has never been out of India. Rohan and Isha comfort her and advice her to tell Roshan the truth.
Isha runs into Ruchika in the office later and asks her if she's had any luck in finding the phone. Ruchika says that she's looked everywhere but no luck and she can't find her phone. Isha gets a text message and she apologizes to Ruchika. Ruchika says it's fine and she'll probably have to buy a new one.
After Ruchika leaves, Isha checks her text message which turn out to be from Ashish, he's in his office and is about to come see her when Huzaifa comes and and tells her that he wants to talk to her and Rohan.
In the office Huzaifa mentions the India Marriages offer and said he refused the offer. He says that he has confidence they will raise the offer. Isha is slightly upset that they are still talking about it and Rohan says she promised to at least read the offer. Isha says she will and leaves the office.
Ashish has just finished a meeting with his client and spots Isha in the break room looking sad, and he joins her. He then asks her why all the females in the office look sad. She and Ruchika both have sad faces. Isha says in the case of Ruchika it's her phone and in her case it's just regular office stress. Ashish flirts with Isha and when he tries to lean in she pulls away and says that they have to establish some rules as to what is going on between them. Ashish smiles and Isha asks him why he is smilling to which he replies that this is the first time she is admitting that there is something going on between them.
Later in the evening Rohan sees Ruchika on her way out. As she is signing out, Sally asks her if she has had any luck finding her phone and Ruchika says no. Sally then jumps to hide behind her desk as the supplies man walks in looking for her. Ruchika lies and says that Sally left half an hour back and the man leaves.
Sally comes up and apologizes and says that the man keeps on flirting her with her and doesn't respect her personal space. Rohan and Ruchika are surprised because the man, Venkat seems like a really sweet man. Rohan then inquires about Ruchika's phone and she says she'll just have to buy a new one. Rohan pulls out her old phone and asks her what about her old phone which then earns him beatings at the hand of Ruchika.
Isha takes Shraddha to meet Roshan so that she can tell the truth. Shraddha is very nervous. Isha tells her not to be nervous.
In the office Huzaifa is boring Vignesh about the locations he will choose. He seems to be stuck between China and Hawaii for two separate reasons. Vignesh tells Hizaifa that he'll never be able to leave his job. Rohan comes in agrees since Huzaifa is married to the company. Huzaifa feels it isn't so. Vignesh wants to talk to Rohan about a case of his, so Rohan tells him to wait outside. He then asks Huzaifa if the new offer came in and Huzaifa replies that they are drafting it and it will come in soon. He then tells Rohan that he's busy researching his vacation.
At the cafe Roshan is regaling Isha and Shraddha with his trip stories and tells them about his favorite city, Paris. He said he was on top of the Eifel tower and he could see the whole city. It was the perfect shot and just when he was about to take the shot, his camera died, ruining the moment of his shot. He then remembers that Isha and Shraddha wanted to tell him something and Isha indicates toward Shraddha who then tells Roshan the entire truth that she's never been out of India for her entire life and is sorry to have lied. Roshan tells her it is a small matter and then takes her hand in his and says that its okay.
Back at the office, Vignesh explains the case of his client Sunil who was rejected thrice, and all three times the issue came close to marriage. When Rohan meets up with the client, Sunil seems to be handling the rejection well. He says it's all the matter of the past and he's ready to move on. Rohan is surprised but agrees since the client assures him he's fine.
After the client leaves, Vignesh is impressed by the attitude of the client, and Rohan informs Vignesh that he's taking over the case.
Rohan then meets up with Isha in her office and asks about Roshan and Shraddha. Isha fakes sadness but then tells Rohan that all went well. Rohan pulls Isha toward him in celebration and tells her she should give him a kiss. Isha pushes Rohan away. He tells her she is a very boring person.
Isha gets a phone call from Ashish and he wonders if he can come to her cabin as she didn't say hi to him when she came back. She says she's busy. After she hangs up she tells Rohan it was Ashish but lies to him that he called about a book. He inquires further but she just evades the situation.
Next Day Rohan observes Isha with Ashish and is distracted that he doesn't hear Huzaifa's question. Huzaifa asks him whether he's seen Niagara falls at all. Rohan says he's not interested in Huzaifa's travel plans. Rohan's phone rings and he tells Huzaifa that he is saved.
The phone is from the client, Sunil and he asks if Rohan needs any more information on him. Rohan tells him if there is anyone they will call him not to worry. After he hangs up he catches Vignesh and tells him that the client is really strange. He then asks Vignesh to arrange a meeting with the last match of Sunil, Shilpa.
In the break room, Ashish takes a seat next to Isha, and she visibly keeps some distance between them. Ashish invites Isha over for dinner to his place and offers to make pasta for her. Isha says no. She said she's not ready for that and prefers things to be slow. Ashish asks her if slowly are they moving in a certain direction. Isha tells him that she doesn't know. She then tells him that first he will leave and then she will follow two minutes later.
Huzaifa comes to Rohan's office with the latest offer from India Marriages. He says they changed some clauses and he's highlighted all the portions. He also informs Rohan that he's emailed the company on the position he will be maintaining. Rohan says he doesn't really wish to read. He was good with the first offer so he just wants to sign on it. Huzaifa says Rohan has to talk to Isha. Only he can talk to her.
Isha comes in and says she has bad news. Roshan has apparently changed hid mind. He says that he's not comfortable with the lie and if she lied about something small then what's to guarantee anything else. Rohan tells Roshan that he's making heavy dialogues and Isha tells him to think with a calm mind. Roshan is still upset and tells Isha and Rohan to look for other profiles for him.
Rohan and Isha meet up with Shraddha who is crying. She's upset and says she really loves Rohan and didn't mean to lie to him. She says that Roshan isn't picking up her phone calls either. Huzaifa walks in to get some coffee. Rohan informs Shraddha that Roshan wants to see other girls. Shraddha says she took a Visa to go to Europe last year with her friend and had a ticket confirmed too but her friend's mom got ill just before the trip. Rohan looks at Shraddha and then looks at Huzaifa and then says that if her visa is still valid they have a open air ticket that they can give her for her and a friend. Huzaifa is mad.
When they walk out, Isha tells Rohan that sometimes he can be really considerate and sweet. Rohan tells Isha that she doesn't know but he's is really sweet that they should name a sweet after him. Huzaifa runs into them and tells Rohan he's not talking to him, and walks away. Rohan says atleast this way it will get used, and Isha comments that he will be upset then he will find a new toy.
Rohan meets up with Shilpa along with Vignesh. Shilpa tells him that she and Sunil were almost at the marriage stage. They also became intimate with each other but after they shared they were intimate, Sunil's attitude changed towards her, or maybe it was her. She can't tell but things became different. Rohan is still a little confused and thinks out aloud what the scenario is.
Back at the office Rohan picks out two profiles and rejects the profile Vignesh chooses saying that he's scored very low in this matchmaking.
Isha is in the office too. She's sitting in the corner reading the offer. After Vignesh leaves, Rohan voices out that the case is very weird. Isha inquires but Rohan tells her to read the offer like a good girl.
Ruchika walks in and asks for their help. Rohan tells her that Isha is busy but she can ask him. Ruchika asks why some people keep relationships secret. Rohan says there could be many reasons but if he was in a relationship with Ruchika, he'd want to keep it a secret too.
Isha says it's not a problem, and there is a valid reason for it. Rohan says that there is no valid reason. If the guy wants to keep it a secret then his intentions are not good. It just means he wants to have a good time and keep his options open. Isha doesn't feel it's true. Rohan realizes something.
Isha continues telling Ruchika that sometimes the person just wants to keep the relationship a secret because they don't want to deal with rumors and gossips, and sometimes it becomes more complicated when other people are involved. Rohan pays no attention and leaves.
Rohan goes sees Vignesh and tells him to set up a meeting with Sunil and tell him that he's arranged a meeting with a new girl.
Rohan meets up with Sunil the next day and tells him that Shilpa changed her mind and wants to take him back. Sunil is shocked but says he can't take her back. Rohan tells him that he has no intention of marrying in the firslt place but is toying with the girls and giving them hope of marriage but once he's had his fill and the interest wanes he moves on. Rohan angrily tells Sunil to leave and not to come back to any marriage bureau or show his face anywhere at Rishta.com
Back at the office with Isha, Rohan says that it's been three days and Isha hasn't read the offer yet. Isha says she will. She's on her computer checking for an email from Shraddha. She says she can't believe that Roshan is coming to see other girls.

The email is of the Paris view that Roshan missed out on when his battery died. On the message it says "I love him (Roshan)." Roshan is moved and says he's going to go to Paris to see her, and leaves.
Isha is happy and Rohan offers to take her out on a celebratory dinner. Isha says she's dining with her dad and Naina. Rohan tells her she's a very boring lady but tells her not to worry as he has backup. As Isha walks out he sees her and Ashish pass by the hallway this time neither stopping to talk to each other.
Precap: One of their clients has to move to Australia but the girl he's seeing doesn't want to move with him. Huzaifa tells Rohan & Isha that they have to give an answer to India Marriages by 12 but neither of them have decided. Isha says that separately they've made their decision but just haven't decided together. Huzaifa says that he has an idea that they both can do if they agree to it.
