Thats not neha ,I am sure .That girls body language is completely different ,even her features are different like nose nehas nose is cute and small & this girl has a bigger nose .

Im sure thats the reason! Because her name is in the title credits right with main characters so her role must have been longer. The version they posted on youtube must be an edited one becuz Hindi movies are never that short in length. 😆

And Im also sure she did it as a favor for a friend or someone she knows... 😉
