Huzaifa in passing sees an advertisement for India Marriages on the television. Rohan stops by and Huzaifa discusses that in the past hour he's seen this advertisement four times. Rohan jokingly calls him a traitor for looking at different marriage businesses but Huzaifa tell him that it is good to check out the competition. Huzaifa informs Rohan that some people from India Marriages are coming in for a meeting.
Ashish comes looking for Isha with coffee. He asks her if she is busy but she says no. She doesn't have any meetings for today but then she gets a phone call from Sally informing her about a meeting. Ashish says he should get some work done too, and Isha thanks him for the coffee before he leaves.
Two men from India Marriages meet up with Rohan, Isha and Huzaifa. They offer to buy the company. Isha is against the idea from the start and gets up ready to leave but Rohan questions the men on what the offer is. The men say that they've been studying Rishta.com for a while. This is the first marriage bureau they've approached. According to the offer they will buy seventy percent shares, and the company will have the name of India Marriages but Isha, Rohan and Huzaifa will say in how the company runs and will still be in charge.
After they leave Isha questions Rohan, and he says that they should at least look at the offer instead of completely discarding the notion. Isha is adamant that they are not going to sell the company and leaves.
Isha is in her office looking over some files while eating, and Ruchika comes to talk to her. She asks Isha if the rumors she's heard in the office is true. Isha thinks it's about the offer to buy out the company but Ruchika is talking about the famous television actress Mona Wazir. Isha says it's true but no one can know about it, because Mona Wazir specifically requested that the information be kept mum.
Ruchika tells Isha they are missing a great publicity opportunity but Isha says that they want to be mindful of the client's request.
After Ruchika leaves, Isha gets a call from Sally announcing that a client is here (dressed in burkha) but she refuses to give her name. Isha understands and asks Sally to let the client sit in the conference room.
In the conference room Rohan and Isha meet with Mona Wazir who removes her cover and says it is necessary due to her celebrity status. She says that she's luckily been able to find a free week and would like to have some meetings this week. Isha questions why someone like her came to Rishta.com. Mona feels that she doesn't want to be treated like Kalpana. She doesn't want a person from the TV industry.
Ruchika and Huzaifa are discussing publicity, and why even with their public marketing they haven't made much profit this quarter. Ruchika informs Huzaifa that TV Ads are very expensive and even if they get a little more clients from TV Ads they won't be able to handle the clientele with a small team. Huzaifa tells Ruchika that India Marriages offered to buy them out. He tells her that the decision is finally Isha and Rohan's but it will be at Rishta's terms and not Indian Marriages' wants every kid in the street to recognize Rishta.com's name. Ruchika suggests the golden goose that they have, namely, Mona Wazir but Huzaifa doesn't think that they will be able to use Mona Wazir.
Rohan and Isha discuss two possible matches for Mona, one being a plastic surgeon, who Rohan thinks is a perfect match for Mona, and another a shipping industry's owner. Isha asks Rohan to handle the meetings as she has to work on writing their case studies. Rohan agrees, since it is better than working on the case studies.
Rohan asks Isha if she has read the offer. Isha refuses. She says that she's not going to consider the offer at all. Rohan tells her that she has to at least look at the offer, since they will still be running the company. Isha says it won't be theirs. After all their hard work and commitment how can they think of handing it over. She tells Rohan she's not going ot change her mind and walks away upset.
Isha seeks solace in Ashish's office, who realizes that she's upset over some matter. He massages Isha's shoulders, to help her de-stress and she is grateful. Ashish that he will collect though. He tells Isha that he doesn't want an answer now but he asks Isha to have dinner with him on the weekend. Isha is surprised and taken aback and she goes to answer but Ashish doesn't let her saying that he doesn't want the answer now. She has to think about it.
Rohan is leaving is for his meeting with Mona when Ruchika offers to join him since she's a big fan of Mona. Rohan agrees.
Ruchika is excited to meet Mona but Mona ignores Ruchika and leaves to meet with the client in a separate room. Ruchika is upset that she was ignored by Mona, and Rohan wonders how the meeting with the client is.
Inside Mona is irritated by the client fawning over her. When the meeting is over Mona tells Rohan that she doesn't want someone fawning over her. Ruchika attempts to tell Mona how big a fan she is and gets ignored again. She leaves upset.
Rohan introduces Mona to the next client who wants Rohan to take a picture of them both together. Mona grits her teeth and asks to see Rohan separately while he takes the picture.
Huzaifa is in Isha's office and proposes asking Mona to be their face and model for Rishta.com, since she is a client of theirs. Isha tells him that Mona won't even let the people in the company know that she's a client and she won't agree to be a model. She informs Huzaifa that she is busy as Huzaifa tries to persuade her.
Huzaifa leaves. Ashish comes in. Isha tells him she is busy thinking that it is Huzaifa but when she sees it is Ashish she invites him in. She tries to talk him about the dinner but Ashish refuses to hear her decision. He says that she is a Sagittarius and that for her to make any decision is not auspicious as there is other influences.
Rohan comes back from the meeting and meets Huzaifa in the coffee room. Huzaifa asks Rohan how the meeting was, and Rohan vents about being yelled at by Mona about the clients since both the clients changed personalities in front of Mona and were gushing over her. He says it would have been better if Isha had come. He asks if Isha is in her office and Huzaifa says yes. Huzaifa tries to present his ideas to Rohan but changes his mind.
Ashish is in Isha's office and reading her case studies, what she's written and tells her that it is written very well. Rohan walks in as Ashish and Isha are discussing the case studies. Isha grets Rohan and Ashish asks if Rohan needs to talk to Isha, but Rohan excuses himself.
Next day Isha asks Rohan why he emailed her about the meeting instead of coming to talk to her. He says that she has been very busy with her "work" so he didn't want to bother her. She asks about other matches and he says he looked for it, and was about to just email her about it.
Isha wonders why Rohan is being so childish and thinks its because of the India Marriages offer and because she's refusing to read the offer. She leaves Rohan's office upset.
Mona wonders what Isha and Rohan are doing because she already told them what she wants but instead she's being set up with people who are fawning over her. Isha tells Mona not to worry especially since Rohan is working on her case diligently (mocking since he refuses to talk to Isha properly). Isha says she has still some work to handle and asks Rohan to finish up the meeting.
After she leaves, Rohan reassures her. Mona is getting ready to leave and apologizes to Rohan about being so high strung. She tells him that the TRP's of another series have beat her series and there is a new kid on the block who's taking the limelight away from her. As she talks Rohan sees Isha talking to Ashish in the hallway. Mona tells Rohan that it feels bad when an outsider takes their position but Rohan seems distracted watching Isha and Rohan, his situation mirroring what Mona talks about. Mona then excuses herself.
Next day at Rishta.com the crowds seemed to have double and Huzaifa is smiling looking at the crowds. Ruchika wonder what's up and Huzaifa informs her that their enrollment has increased.
Rohan is in the coffee shop downstairs and receives a call from Isha who is driving to work. She tells him that she tried to talk to two more people but they didn't work out. After they finish talking, Ashish comes and asks Rohan if the seat opposite him is available, but Rohan says he's waiting for someone. After Ashish leaves Rohan offers some stranger a seat opposite him.
The stranger is Sameer Malhotra, a writer. Ashish passes by again since there is no seat available. Rohan informs Sameer that he works for Rishta.com and Sameer asks him to find him a girl. Rohan tells him that he will be charged for it. They exchange plesantries and business cards and Rohan leaves.
When Rohan reaches Isha's office she's on the phone trying to refuse any comment about mona being their client. She gets off the phone and shows Rohan the paper, about Mona's news being leaked. Isha tells Rohan that she hasn't been able to contact Mona. They both think Huzaifa is behind this and reach his office.
Huzaifa is happy about the prospect of the promotions but denies that he had anything to do with the leak. Ruchika comes in and Huzaifa says she could have leaked it. He says, regardless, because of their popularity now he can increase the offer of India Marriages. Isha is upset that India Marriages is brought up in the conversations and Rohan intervenes saying that she is being stubborn and she can at least consider it. Isha ignores Rohan and Huzaifa says that the publicity is good and who cares if they lose the client they are getting business. Isha is upset about the attitude that business comes first. Rohan says there's nothing wrong with thinking about the business profit but tells Huzaifa that the publicity can be bad too. Isha says that she can't understand Rohan sicne he keeps switching sides. He says he think Huzaifa did wrong, and Huzaifa refuses that he did anything and again points fingers towards Ruchika and everything erupts as they all argue back and forth.
Huzaifa gets a call informing that Mona has arrived. Mona is upset with the whole situation and Rohan tries to tell her that none of the four people who knew leaked the information. After she calms down a little she sees the book Rohan received from Sameer Malhotra and informs him she is a big fan of his. Rohan tells her that he will arrange a meeting between them both as Sameer is a close friend.
Isha asks Rohan about Sameer later, and he says he only met him two hours ago. He leaves to call Sameer to get him to meet Mona. Isha runs into Ashish and tells him she has decided but he tells her to hold off till another few hours for the decision.
Isha goes to Rohan's office and he tells her that Sameer agreed, but he wants Rohan to be there because Sameer will be more comfortable. Rohan asks Isha to come because that would make him (Rohan) more comfortable. Isha agrees.
Sameer and Mona meet up and talk about his book. Sameer shares stories. Mona is completely fawning over Sameer, much to Rohan and Isha's surprise. Mona recieves a text that her TRPs have risen again. Sameer asks about Mona's line of work, and Mona is slightly put off that Sameer doens't know about her show or her acting much. She offers to share some articles about her.
Rohan and Isha leave them alone and Mona and Sameer seem to be getting along. Rohan then tells Isha that it has been a weird week with them being on constant odds with each other. Rohan apologizes if he said anything wrong or rude. Isha apologizes too for being stubborn. She says she will read the offer even though she won't be comfortable with it. Rohan offers to take Isha out for drinks since Huzaifa and he are planning to go for drinks. Isha refuses saying she is tired and not today.
When Huzaifa picks up Rohan he tells him that he lied about the Mona issue and he was the one who leaked the news. Rohan calls him a liar and then says it's fine since everyone are liars in life. Huzaifa asks about Isha but Rohan says she's gone home tired. Instead Isha is with Ashish getting dinner.
