@Sarah On your HP point, I guess you loved Harry to much and I loved all the charaters she killed but still exicted for the seventh Book! Sirius death for me ruined the concept on the 3rd book why kill him, Harry should have had a someone with him if not serious at least Lupin!

@ Ranbir..He's grown on me kinda too..I love Imran Khan more and find both IK and RK good actors but Ranbir seems to have more range than IK as far as expressing emotions is concerned..He acted well in Saawariya but kinda overacted in BAH and wasn't convincing with the part of the hot dude+flirt mostly, and anyways, BAH was a crappy movie as far as script, characters and character development were concerned..He was pretty good at doing whatever he had in APKGK and it massively redeemed him for me kinda..Have heard a lot of good things about WUS from most people, will definitely watch it..How was Rocket Singh as a movie? Bro loved it and I mostly trust his opinion because we like the same movies with a few exceptions, but he's the only person I know who has watched Rocket Singh, and I'm a bit hesitant to trust his opinion right now 😆because he liked Badmash Company and when I sat to watch it, it was so boring that I couldn't get past 5 minutes..Usually I give movies at least a half-hour-chance before writing them off, but Badmash Company was just intolerable for me..So I'm kinda in two minds about Rocket Singh right now..I am looking forward to Rajneeti now too after seeing my first ever Rajneeti promo in the II episode..It seems Ranbir has acted really well in the movie..

I think IK and Katrina kinda fall in the same category..They're not bad actors, and IK is a lot better at expressing than Katrina, but they don't have very expressive faces and it's kinda difficult to portray your range when you have a face like that..

@ Castle..They are showing 'Castle' promos along with 'Bones' promos on star world..Is the show like Bones? Hope not..Tried watching Bones a few years ago but that show didn't have an ounce of suspense or an interesting plot or any chemistry between the characters. The show and the cases moved on a snail pace, the characters were all definitions of boring, lacked spunk and the leads had nil chemistry..No surprises, so yawn-inducingly boring. The lead actress acts well but there is something really creepy about the lead guy..I just can't look at him..He's KSG brand of repulsive looking to me..

Is Castle a case-based show too? Then are the cases interesting? And does the plot move at all and are the characters strong and all?

Ha ha @ GK and Prithvi..I can perfectly understand why you didn't like him though..WORD @ Chandana Sharma, a big fat word with a capital W..You know, my love for Prithvi always overshadowed my love for Damini and I never talked about CS much, but I admire her acting talent loads and loads..Prithvi was special to me because of a lot of reasons..Mostly because we don't usually see guys like him in real life much since he was a raw village guy kinda..I NEVER like muscular guys in real life, and I detest muscle exposure on shows generally, so it kinda surprised me that him flaunting his muscles didn't put me off..Maybe because he was raw and unpolished and that muscle display was not totally outta character..I liked his snark and his ability to ride Tufan- the white horse so gracefully..His snark wasn't the Simon Cowell or Damon Salvatore brand of snark, his snark was more of a small town snark, and there is no way I'm going to tolerate a guy like him in real life,😆 maybe that was why when I liked him, it was real and intense, because it was a one time kinda thing..😆 (Of course, I LOVE Rafael Nadal and he has all those muscles, but athletes/players are the only guys who don't put me off with their muscles, because them being into building muscles and having a well-toned body only enhances their professional existence and is kinda like a utility and adds to their skill..An athlete's body is as much a weapon as his mind, and his muscles are sometimes a prerequisite..So that's all cool..But other than that, muscles and I don't get along well..Especially if it's empty-headed beefed up guys like Knave Spook Grover, ooops Karan Singh Grover)

But keeping my love for Prithvi aside, I'm more of a CS fan than a GK one..Of course, being a straight girl, I can't gush about CS as much and the way I might've gushed about GK,😆 but I do realize that in spite of GK improving day by day as an actor and being so talented, there are a lot of guys who are superior to him as far as acting and looks are concerned in Tellyworld..Iqbal Khan and Manoj Bohra are two examples of the ones occupying the top spots as far as both looks and acting are concerned and being better at both than GK..And both those guys have secksay voices to seal the deal too..😆 There are a lot of people who are better actors than GK even though GK is better looking than them..But GK has got the potential to reach the tops any day..

But CS is indeed one of the very few finest female actors on Indian TV..CS is good-looking, yeah, but I'm sure there are a lot of other prettier faces than her in the industry, or a lot of actresses who are somehow as talented as her..But I don't see any other girl on Indian TV carrying herself with the kind of class and grace CS does..Someone told me that her dad is a Navy officer, and I think that shows in the royal kinda way CS carries herself..When I first saw the car-jeep promo, the first thing that I thought about CS(and it was the first time I was seeing her) was something like "Who is that girl? Man, she's class apart from all the girls I've seen on Indian TV "..The combination of her acting talent and her grace is hard to find, and nobody carries both eastern and western outfits as well as her..So there are some even more talented and experienced people than her out there, but she's someone special and is right there at the top with a few others..She has a gift of spontaneity, and someone told me it comes from her family..

And CS aced her portrayal of Damini..

@ DMG..I don't like Jennifer much but don't dislike her either..During those ZND 1 times, she seemed to lack the spark, the spunk and seemed kinda dumb to me..And she shares better chemistry than Sukirti with KSG because he perhaps was interested in her or they had an affair going if reports are to be believed? I doubt KSG is as good an actor as a lot of other people and I thought he once was, because it was clear he had a thing for Shilpa too who at least had the grace of never getting involved with him..He hated Sukirti because she didn't have the looks and all..If he can only create chemistry with the girls he likes, then that hardy adds to his resume or his acting capabilities..😆 I am strongly against adultery too, but I don't really believe in the articles hinting on Jennifer-KSG liaison because they never admitted it..I'm sure there is a strong chance it might be true, but I don't believe in rumors unless there's proof..But I saw bits of JDJ and watched with my own eyes how KSG coochie-cooed with his choreographer Nicole while he was married to Shraddha, and that was disgusting..🤢 Nicole was an absolute idiot to get involved with a married man and let him touch her in the creepy way he did, and she looked liked a total slut and him totally desperate while they were at it..

WORD on Neville ..Mrs. Weasley killing Bellatrix wasn't the kind of poetic justice I was expecting either..It should've been either Neville avenging his parents or Harry avenging Sirius..But more like Neville!

Mru, I have always had a thing for the horror genre, but most horror movies are either yawn-worthy and extremely boring or unintentionally funny, or so bad that it ain't even funny..80% of the horror I watched disappointed me and was far from scary and totally 2 Paisa ka and tuchcha..(Like Bro would say😆)

@ Kaun..Ha ha! I did watch Kaun long ago.. The twist about Urmila in the end was fun..Mad movie!

An Indian horror movie I thought lived up to the horror genre was Raaz..It was intriguing, well-made and did have an eerie and creepy effect..Raaz 2 was a complete disaster though..Phoonk was among the better Bollywood horror movies too, found it entertaining and subtly creepy in parts..Not great but still OK..

And have always LOVED 'Kuch Tau Hay'..Not a great movie but still really entertaining..It wasn't hardcore horror but it was interesting..Loved the college setting and the 'I know what you did last summer' vibe..And someone tolerating a movie in spite of it having a non-actor like Tushar Kapoor with zero personality is an achievement for the movie..😆

Liked 'I know what you did last summer' and its successor because watched those when I was really young..😆 The first one was good, the second one was a bit of a mess kinda..As far as horror is concerned, those 'Final Destination' movies are nice despite being mediocre movies overall..They do horror with subtlety and don't over dramatize/overdo the whole thing..LOVED those and the whole death-chasing-you concept, especially Final Destination 2..The first one wasn't bad either..Didn't like the 3rd one, and the 4th one shouldn't have been made..😆

One of the classiest and most underrated horror movies I've seen is 'Exorcist 3..'That was cool..Didn't like the first Exorcist one much, never saw the 2nd one, but the 3rd one was good..

Yeah, Soderling did outclass Federer..And Federer didn't seem like his usual self when faced with the madness of Soderling..AO 2009 was indeed the last time when we had the treat of seeing the great 'Rafa vs Federer' rivalry..Hope Wimbledon final will be time's date with tennis to give us the Spaniard vs the Fed Express.. Almagro did make Rafa work and it wasn't as easy and straight as it might look on paper considering it was 3 straight sets..That 3-0 in the first set gave me a bit of a scare..But eventually it all came down to awesomeness!

Exactly, Rafa has a long way to go to try to even that 16-6 grand slam tally..Reporters are such nuisances..

Rafa has already shown a lot of respect to Melzer too in his interviews..Let's see how the showdown shapes up..:-)

And I'm totally with you on what you said about SRK..I think it maybe any of the facts that either SRK's real persona is too larger than life or there's a slight deficiency in his acting skills, but his own personality does reflect in the characters he plays and takes them over kinda..Aamer Khan and Hrithik are better actors and almost perfect in their portrayals that way, because when it's these two, they get into the skin of those characters and don't overshadow who they're playing with who they are..You don't find that with many Bollywood actors..Of course Big B is in a league of his own..

Word on Denzel W and Morgan Freeman..Awesomeness!

@ Deja vu..Not exactly but it was crime/thriller/science fiction types.. It involved a domestic terrorist attack, that phenomenon of deja vu and a bit of time travel..

@ Scrubs..Have heard a lot of excellent things about Scrubs..Maybe I'll watch it someday..The only medical drama I've watched is Grey's Anatomy..The romantic angles on that show never interested me and were too twisted for words, and I found zero chemistry between the lead pair but the medical aspect of that show, the general relationships and those doctor-patient interactions/equations were in a league of their own.. Anyways, I left it somewhere around seasons 3-4 because there is only so much I can take without a mystery/suspense angle.. 😆

LOVED those Rafa pics, Maz...And come on, Mazi-a, nobody is going to mind your pic spree, Rafa is always welcome..:-) Like this green-blue ensemble Nike has designed for him..This new look they gave him in the start of this year suits him as much as the 'sleeveless shirt with capris' pirate look..The pirate look gave him a raw animal appeal, which is just what he's on court, a mad lion..This look is more on the sophisticated side..But it's all in the attitude, Rafa remains the tiger who wouldn't be tamed on court --pirate look or not -- and scorching hot at that! 😆

I've caught glimpses of Ridhima-Sid scenes and think Jennifer looks better with him than KSG, shares better/sweeter chemistry and they are at least cute together..I've seen a few 'AR vs SR' debates in the past and she should only end up with Sid, IMO, because well, they're married now and maybe it was meant to be in her best interests because it's better to end up with someone other than KSG. 😆 Even the concept of AR together is irritating now..Can't believe I was a fan of the couple once..

@castle: on behalf of Shweths Let me tell you that yes it is similar to Bones...in Castle...Castle is the guy who is a best-selling crime/murder mystery author and Beckett ; she is the NYPD detective...and together they solve cases...the cases are pretty decent and they are nice together....but If you dint find Bones good..I doubt you would find Castle an interesting watch. Because to me at least Bones is way above Castle in terms of cases and the character sketches.

And ouchhyyyyy you find David Borenaz as repulsive as KSG?!!!...wahhhhhh sob😭... hehe..I agree David does not have conventional good looks..but he can definitely act well. KSG to me is just a hyped up tv star.
