In the Shlok trcak, it was never a big misunderstanding...Ranveer and Sadhna were equally concerned about Alekh, and qualificationwise, Delhi doctor was more senior and hence Ranveer was in his favour, but he never insulted or said bad words to Sadhna about Shlok...

I somewhat disagree. Ranveer is not doing this because he feels indebted to Sadhana for some reason. He genuinely cares for Sadhana and Alekh...he doesn't want to be the reason for their separation and wants to see them happy.
Ragini, Alekh and others can't not fully understand why Sadhana testified against Ranveer in the courtroom because they were not present on the scene. They have no idea what actually happened...how much Sadhana tried to stop Ranveer. and under what circumstances Ranveer hit the goon.
