I remember gushing about this scene so much the first time I watched it.....lol

This sounds SO interesting! Atleast there will be a new round of YRF shows to look forward to....still hoping R.com gets renewed though....

YRF TV to make a desi Kane and Abel

Unfazed by the dismal show of the first batch of shows, YRF TV is still going ahead with a second round of shows. And one of them is titled Bhagya based on Jeffrey Archer's book Kane and Abel, and it stars Rahul Bagga and Viraf Patel -- both of whom are in Powder and Mahi Way respectively.

The story is of two boys who are born on the same date ' August 15, 1947. While one of them is born in India, the other is born in Pakistan. The differences do not end there; one will be from a poor family and the other from a rich business family. While Bagga will play the poor guy, Patel will play the other. Eventually the twain will meet and that is when the twists begin happening in the story. The poor boy, out of jealousy will try to destroy his richer counterpart and create his own dynasty.

Sources in the know add that there will be a love angle in this story as well. Rasika, who is currently doing Powder, will be seen opposite Bagga. Bagga admitted doing the character of Abel in the show and the shooting in all likelihood will start in July. The show will be directed by Yash Raj Films' close associate Naresh Malhotra who has directed films like Yeh Dillagi.

Since I've never watched BB, it is so odd to see Ragini playing someone other than the adorably bratty Suhana! She and Aamir look good together - did Armaan and Bharti hook up or did she turn back into Bhaskar? I still cannot digest the concept of a man getting together with a man even though he is physically a woman ... lol

The YRF show sounds interesting. I guess they will set it in the 1970's, when the guys will be in their mid twenties. I don't understand something though - are they twins? A line says "Eventually the twins will meet ..." If they are twins, how will one guy be born in Pakistan and the other in India? 😕

I guess the big accident on MJHT happens tomorrow. Season two begins on Tuesday which means the victim dies on Monday and the accident will be tomorrow's cliffhanger. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's episode. :P

LOL most ppl would say that they prefer Ragini as Bharti anyday and that they find Suhana too loud and over the top....I had the same initial impression....but Suhana is a character that has to be followed more closely to get her better....she's still kinda mental as Ragini herself said in an interview...lol....but she's adorable in her own way....the 'loudness' is a part of that. Even though I enjoyed the character of Bharti more.....Suhana's awesome too :-)

Anyways, getting back to your BB question....LOL they left the ending vague....cuz technically Bharti turned back into Bhaskar and hooked up with Payal...but then in the end they showed a Bharti also showing up at Armaan's office and it ended with them smiling at each other....so it's left to our interpretation....maybe God split up Bhaskar and Bharti into seperate entities so that they could both get their love😆

As for the YRF show....no the guys aren't twins..it's saying 'eventually the TWAIN shall meet'....meaning the two of them will meet I guess.

And both these guys are fab actors....the guy from Powder and Viraf from MW as well....that intrigues me enough to look forward to this show :-)

Miley Jab Hum Tum on Star One is set for a three-year leap with a new star cast, revamped sets and a fresh look. The TRPs of the serial, which has completed 400 episodes, have been dwindling in the last four months, which is why the makers have decided to revamp it. When contacted, producer Sudhir Sharma, agreed that the once top-rated show of the channel ratings were falling. "It's a love story, a romcom, and has been airing for two years. Viewers were a little tired of the same characters and story. We had our target audience writing on Facebook that they needed a change and were even suggesting how we should go about it," says Sharma. So the channel and he decided to collectively and creatively bring about some changes. The storyline will now focus on a new set of college students with the existing ones, including the main cast of Gujan and Samrat, graduating. The serial will however, continue to track their romance. Some of the existing cast will go, though the producer is unwilling to give names. The fresh cast will be sporting trendy outfits. Even the college will look straight out of a Karan Johar film. "We will give it a steel and glass look, which will make it sleek," says Sharma. The entire action will take place between May 24- 31 where a major mishap will happen and the story will change drastically. The first week of June will see Miley Jab Hum Tum in its new avatar

I don't know why, but the dal rice thing is so weird😆 And Aha, they admit they have NO creative thoughts anymore, and so want to show a repeat of whatever's already happened...

Wow I'm randomly obsessed with Ranjha Ranjha now....LOL....I'm amused at myself how some songs grow on me when on a first listen, I tend to dismiss them :S lol
