The Insecure Rohan, and the curious Rohan

Firstly again, Rishta.com touched my heart with Rohan's story today. As we all could see it was all about the influence of parent's on a child's life. Thus, coming to the insecure Rohan, I personally could fully connect with this episode since most of my friends and I tend to think that our parents aren't bad individually, but when brought together, they can very well convince you to run away from marriage and commitment. Ofcourse there are the lucky exceptions like Isha in the story.😃 This was one of the most realistic episodes of RIshta.com in my opinion, and I couldn't agree more when Rohan had his outburst in the restaraunt. Parents use children as an excuse sometimes just to appear happy within society. Sure, they geniunly care about the children's happiness.. but does their plan really work for the positive? Does turning a blind eye to what the child goes through everyday really help anyone? Guess not.

Sometimes seperation does bring happiness and ignorance isn't always bliss.

Now, turning are attention to the curious Rohan. I am sure no one missed his facial reactions to the encounter between the jyotishi and Isha.😆 Now my quesiton is.. since I am utterly confused. Was that a jealous Rohan or just a friend who is concerned? I don't really mind Rohan and Isha getting together.. but after watching them in so many episodes am a bit confused if I really want to see them together. They seem amazing just the way they are.. but moments like today's last scene makes me think of them as more than friends.😳

Bottom line I really don't care what happens in the show at this point as long as it stays on air for season 2 as well. Seeing the show makes my day... but at the same time.. at the closing credits my heart sinks knowing that it won't be long before Rishta.com will be gone.

I would not call the first rohan as insecure..i would rather call him the "poor soul"..I always wondered why rohan never believed in marriage himself and why he was always so scared of committment..but my heart went out to him in tonites epi...poor guy had been seeing his parents fighting eversince childhood..what more could we expect from a guy who has never seen his parents caring for each other... i felt like giving him a hug at the end..but isha did the job by putting her hand on his *blush*
it was so sweet of him to tell her all about his feelings and isha trying to pacify him..

About the curious rohan now ...There were so many scenes in tonites episode which showed the curious ,rather the "jealous" rohan.. :D
in the coffee room, he couldnt see ashish being so frank with isha, so he left as soon as the jyotish entered..lol..obviouss..
then the cafe..rohan was so not liking ashish talking to isha..jealous again..

But the thing which striked me the most in tonites episode was when rohan was driving n dhruv asked him the reason for not receiving the call of the bar girl, rohan said something like "commnittment chahiye, magar kissi aur ke sath" hmmmm....
now..the question is ..whoz the "kisi aur"😉

the last hand holding scene between rohan n isha made me have goosebumps..it was utterly beautiful...
I would honestly love if the two get together...Being just friends,they have such spark...i wonder if they get together,their chemistry is gonna be even more awesome :)
i think its not possible to pair them up in the remaining 5 episodes now..I would just like to see isha feeling something for rohan n seeing the emotional side to him as well in this season..coz we all know, Rohan always had a soft corner for her..i just want isha to realize that rohan is not superficial..which i think she did a little in tonites episode..

but the show stealer scene for me today was the start of the epi, wen rohan calls isha n tells her that he ll be late..n then he comes from behind..i was like..man how much more adroable can a guy be..😳
n then in ishas cabin when he says "forehead k ilawa aur bhi kuch dekh sakta hun" 🤣 rohan is just awesome..lol

ok i can go on and on..in short..todays episode was just mindblowing, n the curious n insecure rohan was even more mindblowing..😊

Loved your reply!!! I agree with you about the poor soul.. It's so much easier to understand why ROhan always runs away from commitment.. although I hope he realizes that he dosen't have to be scared.. that might give him and Isha a chance..

I doubt there might be an angle between them too.. five episodes will definitely feel rushed if they do show something between Isha and Rohan..

And I completely missed out the commitment lekin kisi aur ke saath part!!! I don't know how that skipped my mind😆 but looks like Rohan doess want committment somewhere inlife afterall

Rohan always makes me blush man.. like he gets better and better.. from the first episode to where he knocks and dissappears and then peeps back in with a smile.. to gifting Isha that dress... to yest episode.. who wouldn't want sucha guy!?

😆😆😆 Rohan is sooooooooooooooooo looking for a chance with Isha😛 I loved the way Isha says ganda to him..

God, can't believe that the show has only 5 episodes left.. I really hope some other channel picks the show up.

That was my fav. scene in the epi as well....LOVED Rohan's smug grin when he shows up behind her with the phone....seriously adorable😆😆....and the 'forehead ke alawa kuch aur bhi dekh sakta hoon' line just cracked me up so much🤣🤣....and Isha threw her usual disgusted expression at him😆

I also thought this scene had a slightly sober moment when Rohan asks her why she's so angry and she tells him that she likes to be on time....Rohan doesn't say anything or make a flippant remark like he usually does but changes the topic to the client's details instead.

I also loved the scene in the break room with all four of them....those scenes are rare these days....LOL....Loved how Huzeifa was baantoing gyaan about 'vegetarian ppl live 10 years longer than non-veg ppl' and the second time Rohan just tells him to shut up😆

Btw that "committment" line you're talking about from the Rohan-Dhruv scene....what Rohan actually said was "Committment kar sakti hai lekin kisi aur ke saath".....he was referring to the girl calling him....he meant that SHE should go find someone else to commit to....he wasn't talking about himself there I think...that's what I got from the scene😆

Huzeifa and Rohan have got to be the best guy friends on TV eveeeeeeeeeer.. or maybe just best guy friends ever! I even loved when Rohan saw the veg pizza and was like "yeh bhi koi jeena hai?!" and "tum aurtoon ko sab ajeeb cute kyun lagta hai?"

Rohan, rohan, rohan, can you please teach today's men how to be a total guy and still manage to charm the ladies!

I agree.It was such a realistic episode. I liked how Rohan reacted the first time his Mom called ...very relatable! I also likedwhen theyshowed his pastwith his parents on a dinner table and how they showed them fighting again in the same manner over the dinner table even after all these years....starters or straight to maincourse...lol.. sort of depicting that things haven't changed evenone bit between their relationships with each other as a family.But yeah I too felt bad for Rohan...he clearlylooked more sensitiveto their constant bickeringsthan Dhruv (who seemed like he had accepted the fact and moved on) and thus the outburst which was good in a way, for him.

In the end, dunno why but I thought Isha looked a bit hesistant initially to console him. And Rohan was right indeed, his parents weren't probably bad as individuals but were highly incompatible with each other.Probably, they thought they were doing the right thing for their children....

hmm.. true actually, cuz she kinda stared at him for a while. I don't know if she was surprised to see such a side of Rohan or just didn't know how to react.

I loved seeing insecure Rohan, just because it gave such an insight into why he is the way he is 😳 I think it was just so real to see how his parents fought and how they made everything appear to Rohan and Dhruv. I relate a lot unfortunately to Rohan in this state, and the outburst he had, because it comes to a certain point where you realize what a mistake the parents made to stay together for the kids, when really the kids would've been so much better off without the continuous fighting in the household.

As for Rohan watching Isha and Aashish? 😛 Honestly I feel it was just a concerned friend, because as long as he's know Isha, I think she hasn't had too many relationships, and when you've been friends for so long, you're vary of other people around them and so I found it adorable that he's all glaring at Aashish 😆

@Bold : Hmm after thinking and thinking and thinking ( 😆) i came to a conclusion that YES that is a jealous Rohan..I mean if Ashish were to be talking to Ruchika he woudn't have really cared that much, he probably would have just mock her or smth... BUT whenever it's Isha he looks carefully at the situation and sees what's going on..i mean we all know how he was eyeing them over at the coffee place..😆..PLus he comes back and asks Isha promptly "what does he want?"..the way he said it showed already..i mean if someone talks to a person it doesn't have to mean that that someone WANTS something..it could be just a casual conversation...right..? So yes Rohan is jealous BUT he doesn't know it just yet..what i feel..

About RoSha being together or not eventually i also do not know. I'm okay with the way ther are currently..but at the same time, like the others, i would love for them to get together..but seeing how we're just afew episodes away ( 😭) i don't know if that's gona happen..I'm thinking they'll end of with us wondering if they'll get together...

Also Isha is far from realising her feelings (if ther's even any in the first place) for Rohan.. Rohan on the other hand, seems to be progressing..in the eyes of us viewers...😆..

Ahh i don't know..:(..just hope for a season two 😃..

I felt sad for Rohan.It's was pretty much the first time we saw the vulnerable side of him. That last scene with him and Isha, after she places her hands on his, didn't have any dialogues but it said so much.

The way his parents argued for every single thing would put ANYBODY off. Just with one line and they start..That flashback scene, the one way he wanted that orange fizzy drink (didn't catch the name of the drink 😆) was so sad! All he did was asked for a drink and his parents started..it really felt like an ego problem on both side..and till the end they were fighting..Fight, stop take a picture and carry on fighting after picture taken ..that last scene when the credits were rolling..

BTW that young Rohan was so adorable!

Did ya'll notice how chubby his cheeks were..?? 😆 Cute!..They really got the right boy to play the young Rohan.!..
