Who stole Kat’s $60,000 watch?

Police have reportedly questioned a number of people including Bollywood star Akshay Kumar after an expensive wrist watch gifted by actor Salman Khan to his sweetheart actress Katrina Kaif went missing from her hotel room in the city on Saturday.
Katrina, shooting in Dubai for Firoze Nadiawala's film Welcome, is put up in a five-star hotel along with Akshay, Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor. The watch was presented to her on Valentine's Day by Khan who flew in from Mumbai. Sources related to the film unit said it is worth $60,000.
The sources said Katrina's room was burgled on Saturday and the watch, a bag and cash were taken away. They said the actress suffered a loss of $30,000 in addition to the watch.
Katrina was away shooting with Akshay Kumar. She realised at night that there has been a burglary in the room and told Akshay about it immediately.
Together they searched the room and having found that the items were indeed lost, reported to the management of the hotel.
Police was called in. Akshay was questioned since his fingerprints were found in the room. Katrina had to explain to police that she had sought his help and he had joined her in the search.
The prestigious hotel is angry that the entire staff had to be questioned by police. A case of burglary was registered. Sources said the burglars had obtained a set of duplicate keys to enter the room.
Salman Khan had reportedly split with Katrina last month. The actor, who had long dated ex-Miss World and actress Aishwarya Rai, did not bother to deny the report, but surfaced in Dubai on Valentine's Day with the precious gift.
