What is the fitness routine you follow as everyday practice?

"I believe in doing hard core cardio and weight training and every morning or after the pack- up in the night, I go to my gym, which is in my building near Kandivali and I do this regularly and if I miss a chance then next day,I do it more. I am into this fitness right from my college days and now it's routine for me."

What about your diet?

"In the day, I usually have 6 to 7 small meals in every two hours and that consists of high proteins. I eat only brown rice which is a pure form of rice; there is a myth that rice makes you fat but there is nothing like that. I don't eat wheat ka chapatti as I prefer jowar ki roti, which is rich in proteins. I always carry boiled chicken with me to the sets. In breakfast, I have juice with white Oats. After 2 hours, I have egg white with a bowl of fruits. For lunch I have Dal, Chapathi and Boiled chicken. In the evening, I have my protein shake with fruits, and at night I have a proper dinner that my mom makes for me. I eat lots of fruits and papaya in fruits. I don't like canned juices, which has preservatives, while in summers I prefer mosambi, orange and watermelon juice."

Who is your idol in building abs?

"I admire Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger. I got inspired to have a good physique after I saw Sylvester Stallone's body. In Bollywood, I think it is Salman Khan and now every one is copying his style. In TV, I don't know anyone who has a good body as compared to my cousin, Karan Singh Grover ."
