Long time ....aao mere gale padd jaao!🤗
I can officially write love letters to the two Karans for making me laugh so much today!😆.....It was a long day at work and watching them and their antics really lifted my mood. So, hugs to the two Karans for bringing in so much of fun back into DMG even if for two episodes ( writers did a fab job with the gags and the dialogues). I missed most of the episode yesterday but i watched the whole episode today and here are my favourite SidMaan moments today.
1. Armaan telling Sid in the cutest and most innocent manner possible that he is his friend , guest and in short 'Atithi Devo Bhavo'.....Sid making the most irritated expression possible and correcting him- 'Bhava'.😆
2. Armaan lovingly taking the plate of fruits and telling Sid sweetly - Itne pyaar se mujhe kabhi kisi ne nahiin khilaaya. And Sid stabbing a knife into the poor innocent apple. HAVE IT!😆
3. Sid continually warning Armaan - Mere phone ko haath matt lagaana and ultimately taking the phone away. Armaan saying coolly - Ab phone le hi gaya hai to baahar se kucch order kar le ... i understand , waise bhi ghar mein khaana to hogaa nahiin,
4. Sid cooking so much for Armaan😳 and Armaan eating like a baby... Sid's expressions as he just watches Armaan eat and changes positions all over the living room waiting for Armaan to finish eating.
5. Armaan's dialogue to an irritated Sid - Abe kya bad badaaa rahaa hai , chal , jaldi se khaane ke liye kucch lekar aa. 😆
6. Sid dragging Armaan towards the door after the food is finished and Armaan faking a stomach ache and sliding back into the living room confusing Sid about his sudden illness.🤣
7. Tu mera doctor , main tera patient. Tu mera stethoscope , main tera injection . Tu meri rui , main teri sui.😆
8. Armaan pulling up his shirt and Sid repeatedly saying - Neeche karo. 😲
9. Sid teaching manners to Armaan- Mere ghar mein theek se baitho , Mere phone ko haath mat lagaao , mera remote waapis karo , sofe se neeche utro and Armaan only acting brattier and brattier. 🤣
10. Armaan to Sid - Riddhima aur tum saath mein raho na, yaar. Sid - Aisa nahiin hoga.Armaan - To theek hai , mere saath raho . Sid - Main aisa hone nahiin doonga. 😆
11. Armaan calling Sid sweetie -pie, hitting him with his leg and kissing him on his cheek. 😳
12. Sid and Armaan running after each-other in the living room. 😉
13. Sid again dragging Armaan out of the house, only to find the door locked. Armaan laughing and cuddling Sid's head saying they both are meant to be - it's destiny. 😆
14. Armaan caught in the middle of Sid-Riddz when on phone. Riddzie shouting at him that what is he doing with Sid and Sid shouting at him that what is he doing on the phone with Riddz. 😆
Note:
I put the title of this post as ' A few good men and how' . Reason being, when you look at both the men in today's episode , you just fall in love with their innocence , sweetness and goodness. Look at it - Sid and Armaan are at the worst equation circumstance-wise but their inherent goodness keeps them good to each-other. Armaan went to Sid's house with a purpose and he put up with Sid's hostile behaviour , his unfriendly and unwelcoming treatment with patience , understanding and a big genuine smile. At the same time , Sid , who feels nothing but pain upon seeing Armaan retained his goodness. No matter how upset he was with Armaan , Sid cooked for Armaan when Armaan pouted and threw tantrums like a kid saying that he was hungry - Sid genuinely believed that Armaan had a tummy ache and checked him , even asking him if it was still paining.
Armaan could have lost his cool due to Sid's frigid behaviour. Sid could have lost his temper on Armaan's antics. But no , they did not. Somewhere , they both know the other person is good at heart - thanks to Riddhima's marathons and cryathons , they have sort of formed a bond and they both know each-others' vices and virtues. 😳
And if you look at the two episodes closely , beneath the so-called 'dostana' track is an underlying bonding between SA - At this point , only Armaan knows how to handle Sid because he is not driven or weakened by emotions like Riddhima is. He is not getting hurt by Sid's behaviour - he is thinking logically and trying to cut through Sid's walls. 😃
Whatever Armaan did yesterday , today and will do tomorrow is aimed at breaking down Sid's greatest line of defence - his temper. Armaan cares two hoots about Sid's temper because he knows it is flimsy. Today , after giving a million dhamkeez to Armaan, Sid ultimately gave up and sat down. Armaan came out of his brat mode and offering him a sweet , he came down to business. Armaan did not react to Sid's temper because he was focused and he managed to get through to Sid. 😳
So, creatives - GOOD JOB , BABIES! PAT YOURSELF ON THE BACK. What you have been showing is not some funny take-off on gay relationships. It is male bonding in the most unique , twisted but adorable way. The Karans were so good that Jennifer's scene rather seemed to pull down the fantastic tempo that the two hotties had built.
P.S - Riddhima will take 750 lives to order Sid around like Armaan can. It's Armaan and only Armaan who can behave bratty with Sid , get away with it and yet be his bestie.
Request - Your parents and my parents sent us to school for a reason , so behave EDUCATED. Secondly , there is no need to show pretentious niceness in this post or to me just for the heck of the content of this post. If nothing else, at least have some self-respect. I may be warned for saying this but i cannot handle hypocrisy - opposite views as long as logical at least have some dignity.
