I hope so too littlekitty, but previous experience & Misti's circle theory strongly suggests that they will go off in some inane story plot for a while, but then re-correct to bring up some interesting problem, then again have a flat resolution in a hurry to go into some other tangent B subplot... 😡

Aviation,
I can't agree with you more. Even though Misti wrote about that line where Radhika called Vaishali "Mahaan", I was still expecting some sort of emotional confrontation between Dev and Dadi on one side and Vaishali on the other. On Friday, Dev was willing to walk out of the house and if everyone was going to accept Vaishali's explanation so easily, why was she so hesitating?
Now, this B-grade plot. If Shantanu wanted to kill Dev, what was the reason for saving him in Malayasia? He could have killed him and then come to Vaishali and Dadi as the long-lost son. At that time, both of them would have accepted him. So, suddenly this supposedly complex character is out to kill his brother.
Last week, he was talking about snatching everything from Dev as a revenge and that to me meant snatching important things in Dev's life such as RP title, his family and wealth and Radhika. So, Shantanu would try to create differences between Dev and Radhika not because he is interested in her and more because she is important to Dev. Now suddenly he is supposed to be a stalker Shantanu that Mrin was expecting. What nonsense.
It seems that these creatives change the track every two days. Last week, there was a showdown between Radhika and Shantanu with RAdhika challenging him and today she was only slightly bit suspicious and that towards the end.
Anyway, now the tracks don't bother me at all as I don't take it too seriously. But, the emotional story would be a better winner in terms of TRPs than this B-grade masala where everyweek there would be some attempt on Dev's life and Radhika would be doing her kanha puja or something like that to save Dev.

Aviation ... good question ... kyon creatives kyon

I dont mind a Santanu murder plot against Dev ... that is what he came to do in any case. But they could have stretched out the emotional side of a mother giving up her child bcos of her own superstitious beliefs ... I can see vivek accepting this readily ... but not Dev or dadi. They could have stretched this out and still brought in the rest of the stuff they were planning to
