all this time indian idol was known for drama n masala.. and so may b anu malik was always questioned bout y the level of indian idol singers was soo low as compared to the other singin reality competition.. and having found good singers this time.. he was appreciated a lot.. n since he is satisfied with the work they have done he has calmed down.. he doesnt need to create drama and masala for trps anymore.. looks like this onez gonna be the best indian idol season.. we will see lot more good singing and less drama and aggressive behaviour

Yes Anu seems to be decent this season. I haven't seen any other seasons but know how annoying he was.

And about his shayaris...he seems to be copying them from somewhere, like this one:

"a son is a son until he gets himself a wife but a daughter is a daughter all her life" is a dialogue from the movie Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon...but then he was the one who provided music for that movie...😆

I find it entertaining..and hey if it compliments the contestants rather than insult then thats good enough for me

IDk y but i like his shayari. I think it has become a habit now. Hearing his shayari from II-1 to 5 has just turn into an addat and idk y but i enjoy it lol

Perhaps it is because of having two assertive, independent thinking co-judges who do have a sound understanding of music and singing too.

Do not jump on any conclusion yet. Abhi bahut lambi safar karni hai. I cant say anything about Anu and quality of singers yet. Every year in the beginning singers look promising but they fail once show matures.

why do you think that happens? I mean so far they are all really promising singers.

Its too early to say it...but yeah he does seem well fed and Shant this season... maybe cos he has two judges who know what they are saying about singing...Imagine Javed or Sonali talking about singing...no wonder the irritation..but the Kaagaz ka Sher might wake up soon from his slumber...the rounds have yet to begin...This season I guess the three have done a wonderful job of finding the singers..All of them are really good, hence Anuji unke gaane sunke magna ho gaye hai...no words...
