I think there are two occassions where the lines could apply:
firstly, whenever Armaan assumed Riddhima was flirting with Rahul but she was only being friendly, and
secondly, shes implying that had the bullet hit Armaan she would never have ditched him 😭

I think its not the physical meaning of the words but the actual soul within her thats being referred to, she has changed since Armaan left her "khud ko bhi humne mitadala magar"-not the sweet riddhima anymore, but someone who is alot more aggressive with regards to the new interns, a "no-nonsense" riddhima.
